1 - FIRST CONTACT We will guide you through every step of your project. On first contact our business development team will conduct a consultation to establish your requirements. Your personal consultant will spend time understanding your vision, aims and constraints to devise an optimum solution that will suit your lifestyle. Together we will carefully select which products present the ideal scenario for your project, refining your selection to seamlessly integrate our technology with your lifestyle. Rest assured that our consultants have years of experience and are an integral part of our successes. We are enriched with a wealth of in-house talent and market knowledge, helping us to plan the right solution for you. 2 - PROJECT PLANNING Put your project in our hands. After an initial analysis of your project we will sit with you and plan a strategy that suits you, helping us implement our solution, taking into account time frames, budgets and any environmental constraints, resulting in a full project plan. We believe in operating in a transparent working environment, to ensure that you are fully aware of our critical path, no matter how large or small your requirements are. In our project plan, we will include the key stakeholders and contractors, defining milestones and delivery dates. For our ongoing projects we will schedule regular update meetings to keep you fully informed on progress and highlight any bottlenecks when they may occur. We view each project as a partnership and rely on feedback and communication from all parties involved, not many of our competitors operate like this as they don’t want to hear what customers might say. However, to us, your opinion is integral to our ongoing relationship, development and the services that we offer.

OUR APPROACH 3 - PROJECT DESIGN All of our clients have completely different projects, we try to offer an individual approach to each and everyone. At this point our design team will put full scale drawings, designs and schematics together, these are produced in-house and ensure the highest level of detail is created, helping to bring your vision to life. 4 - IMPLEMENTATION We work with market leading brands to offer the latest, most innovative technology, ensuring our clients are getting the best on the market. Our technology solutions work together seamlessly, providing a user-friendly solution for our customers. A lot of our work starts with our Systems Engineering Team in our technology lab. All of our solutions are customised for each project. We build, test and pre-configure our technology, in-house allowing a seamless installation, programming and commissioning process whilst on site. Our robust systems require minimal intervention after installation therefore reducing the time required on site, maximising efficiency and ensuring minimum disruption. Our commissioning team will ensure you are fully versed on our products. You will also have direct contact with our aftercare team for ongoing maintenance. 5 - TECHNICAL, AFTERCARE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM We provide a comprehensive and bespoke service to all our clients and this doesn’t stop once the project is complete. All of our clients can choose to sign up to our aftercare and maintenance program.
