Our project approach follows five simple steps:We are a project based integrated security provider, offering a consultative approach to all ourprojects. We offer the latesttechnology, working with market leading brands such as GeoVision, 2N, Veracity, Raytec, toname a few.Our integrated security solutions work together seamlessly, reducing installation andconfiguration time providing a user-friendly solution for our customers.A lot of our work starts in our build room by our Systems Engineering Team. Our custom builtsystems are pre-configured and bench tested for 48 hours before deployment, this allows aneasy and quick installation and commissioning process. Our robust systems require minimalintervention after installation therefore reducing the time required on site, maximisingefficiency and ensuring minimum disruption to your business.Our installation team will make sure you are fully trained on all of our products. You will alsobe given the number and email address for our maintenance and support team should anyinstances arise.5 - TECHNICAL AND AFTER SALES SUPPORTWe provide a comprehensive and personal service to all our clients and this doesn’t stoponce the project is complete. All of our customers can choose to add technical support ormaintenance packages to their solution. We can assist you over the phone or if the issuecalls for it, we can log into your system remotely and work on it from our offices. On thoseoccasions when a fix cannot be found in this way, we will schedule one of our engineers fora site visit and we will endeavour to have someone onsite as soon as possible.
