Import File

After you login with your account, click "Import File" to open the file browser and choose a supported file, click "Open".

 

 

And then you will see the Import window as below shows.

 

 

 

 

Select PDF file

Click the "Browse" button to browse and select a PDF file, and then open it.

Optionally, you can click the inverted triangle icon to import multiple PDFs for batch conversion.

 

 

 

Set page range to import

You can import all pages of the document to create HTML5 digital flipbook, or you can just select specific pages or custom page range to import.

 

 

 

Choose render engine

PUB HTML5 provides you with 2 render engines for the publication conversion.

* Inner Library: Ensures faster convert speed and it is easier to operate.

* GPL Ghostscript: Ensures higher color transfer quality and requires you to download and install Ghostscript if you haven't installed it yet.

 

 

 

Define page quality and size

There are 6 types of page quality options for you to choose. High values produce better page quality but require more dish space and more time to download.

 

 

 

Open OCR engine

If you open the OCR engine, the images in your source file will be converted into text automatically while converting. And you can choose a targeted language for the text: English, French, Germany, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese and Basque.

 

 

 

Use advanced options

* Import Link: Select "Import Link" option to enable PUB HTML5 to detect the inserted links from your PDF file and reserve the links to the publication.
* Import Search: Select "Import Search" to enable PUB HTML5 to extract the text from your PDF file and convert it to searchable text that can be crawled by search engines.
* Import Table of Content: Select "Import Table of Content" to enable Pub HTML5 to import the TOC of source file to the new flipbook instead of creating manually.
* Straight wide page: Select "Straight wide page" to enable PUB HTML5 to detect and cut landscape PDF pages into spread portrait pages.

 

 

 

Import PDF file

Click the "Import Now" button to import the source file for conversion. This process may take some time depending on the number of pages and the size of your PDF file.
