From: Richard Cherry TCN [mailto:[email protected]]Sent: Sunday, October 29, 2017 2:10 PMSubject: Discover Amazon & The Retail Twilight Zone – The Last CallWell it appears we were wrong about Amazon’s growth . . . again.But here’s what retailers can do to regroup for The Last Call,Amazon’s 2017 revenues will beat our expectations . . . again (Chart 1)After roughly 20 years, Jeff Bezos is right on track to exceed $173 Billion in 2017.In 2015, we estimated his 2017 revenues would be $170 Billion – (Chart 1).I suppose that’s not bad as a forecast (2% low), particularly when everyone thought we were completely crazy.This makes him the world’s wealthiest man,And America’s third largest and most powerful retailer – soon to be #2 (2019) against Walmart – in only 20 years (onlyBezos has ever soundly and repeatedly beaten “Walmart” FOR YEARS).That’s a 2017 growth of $37 Billion – more than some retailer’s TOTAL sales after 50 years.That’s the TOTAL of the 2017 growth of the top 5 retailers in the top 5 retail segments COMBINED including Walmart.Here’s What Retailers Can Do To Regroup for The Last Call:We’ve noticed that most retailers are now planning “Special” online programs to compete with Jeff – That’s Far TooLittle . . . And Far, Far Too Late.You see, Amazon’s actions just confirmed that they are aggressively attacking ALL retail segments with their newlygained omnipotent financing power – WORLDWIDE as we predicted years ago (see Instant Gratification Book below).Already putting scores of major Bricks & Mortar retailers Out-Of-Business with countless others On-The-Ropes withnumerous retailers following.And that’s after 5 years of Bricks & Mortar stores experimenting with things like Uber, Postmates, Google Express, eBayNow and others who continue to lose money at astonishing rates (not the best business partners).But nothing came even close to competing with Amazon as we predicted over the last 9 Years.The Solution – The Impossible Dream:The very thought of you owning your own PROFITABLE In-House Fulfillment System “The Consortium Network”where you control The Only Entity that, before The Twilight Zone ends (see Chart #1), seemed impossible,It is the Only Entity that can beat Amazon, as Jeff Bezos is well aware, and as the 2015 Instant Gratification Book belowdetails.
