BIRDS EYE VIEW 01 India being the boiling pot of several cultural reforms, the proposed visual and performing arts centre THESIS would be an ideal community for people to gather and educate themselves about indian and western culture. The city of Bangalore is termed as an international city and thus the semi public spaces can rightly be used to promote art and culture. 01

FAÇADE VIEW 02 Facade design – simple box projections to enhance the flower beds and terrace. Landscaping done on the exteriors were all keeping the existing trees in mind whereas landscaping on the terrace was particularly used to keep the lower OFFICE WORK rooms cool and thereby adding a barbeque pit and a gym on top. The first floor has an enormous room called the (VPSA) “entertainment zone” which is used by the clients daughters for activities like yoga, dance, and instruments like piano. 09

BIRDS EYE VIEW 07 SEM VI ACADEMICS The old age home located at Shantivan near Panvel village is a serene place for people to spend their second innings. The home comprises of a central area with indoor amenities and it opens out to six identical blocks with accommodation facility.There is also a guest house provided for family members to visit occasionally. 19

VIEW OF THE STATION 08 The railway station design in the upcoming airport region (NAINA) is a socio cultural expansion keeping the future growth of the region in mind. It includes a commercial block, ACADEMICS ample parking, shopping arcades, restaurants food stalls, amphitheatre and other amenities and is handicap accessible. 21
