The winners wonNt;t=t=f;CT shirts and coupons for being the best dance -'2nd crew. The idea for Jordan's best dance crew LIA was originally introduced by HeIaman and Soloman -~d Matemate, but the dance teacher Mrs. Dunkley J:IRf; took the reins and made their idea a reality. She wanted to give the students who liked to dance that weren't in her class a chance to perform for others. 0/GG~RS GOT SPIRIT! Y~S W~DO!! After a week's worth of spirit, and battling it out to find the spirit stick, it all came down to the games. Each class went head to head for 1st place. Seniors came out on top scoring a total of 4 .785 points! Juniors took 2nd, sophomores 3rd, and freshmen ended the competition in 4th. The big prize at the end was an hour lunch, so in reality everybody won!
The intense parents in the stands, the coachesanxiously waving their arms, and the team cheeringbehind us on are all part of the excitement. Thebases, the bat, the pitch, the swing, the ball, andthe scrambling defense are what make up thegame. This is our game. This is our passion. This is softball. I

Unlocking our Past and calculating our future Calculations, dissections, figuring, explosions, the three laws of physics, and the one thing we all know, love and will never forget-the pythagorean theorem. All of these things are present in science and math classes where students can work with numbers and calculators to figure out what x, y, or z mean; Don't worry, it's all basic patterns that just need to be solved. On the other hand, if you want to learn how the world itself works, check outexperimental science classes, which include but are not limited to:chemistry, biology, astronomy, physics, marine bio, wildlife bio, botany, and many others where youcan dissect animals, mix chemicals tosee what they do, study the stars, swing a bowling ball from the ceiling, and work with electricity. W hat more do you need?
