ONLINE INSERVICE COURSE Year 2020 brought everything on a standstill due to pandemic. It closed the building of the schools but it failed to stop teachers from teaching. Teachers throughout India converted this calamity into an opportunity and learnt new ways to impart education to the future of India. They now have become education warriors. Pandemic even could not stop teachers to train themselves with the latest happening in the field of education. The Online inservice course for primary teachers by Delhi Region is the testimony of the fact. This year KVS Delhi region conducted online inservice course for the primary teachers using Google meet platform. It was conducted in two spells .The first spell was of 12 days duration from Aug 10, 2020 Aug 21, 2020.The second spell started on Nov 26, 2020 for 10 days till Dec 5, 2020. KV R.K.Puram Sec4 was the venue for this online historic event. The first day of inservice course began with a mesmerizing inaugural function presented by the participants. The chief guest MR. N.Goyal DC(KVS RO DELHI REGION) and guest of honour Ms. Shilbala Singh, AC KVS(DR) blessed the participants with their motivational words and wished everyone good luck. Various sessions were organized for imparting new skills to the participants. Apart from academic various sessions related to values and service matters were also organized during the session to ensure that participants get the best from the online inservice course. Various experts from the NCERT were invited to enlighten the participants with latest happening in the field of education. At the last day VALIDACTORY FUNCTION , Sh, Sanjit Kumar , AC , KVS(DR) gave his best wishes and blessings to all the team members and Participants. Function ended with glimpses of Inservice course and providing ECertificates to Participants with Group Picture Collage. No miles were left unturned during this first online Inservice course. 51
