Projected Sales Report prepared for Juniper Way, Grimsby, DN33 2BQ From our observations and visits to the fore mentioned sites we strongly believe interest will be high amongst these proposed properties. Based on the twenty units to be released I would expect the following property reservations to happen, this includes any possible fall throughs. My image below is a worse case scenario and in my professional opinion I feel that we will be able to achieve full reservation prior to Christmas 2018 due to the relatively small size of the site. Cyden Homes are also developing on the site and have currently released over 70 units with more units to be released. Many of these units are sold or reserved showing the high level of demand within the locality. Speaking to Cyden homes many units were reserved from plan, with some reservations taken over six months prior to expected completion. I feel the placement of the Juniper Drive development will be far more popular with local buyers and the with the added bonus of the majority of the properties having Southerly facing gardens will only increase interest thus causing a high demand. In respect of the properties we would undertake reservation deposits predicted to be in the region of £500 plus any admin fees and these would be registered with a solicitor of your choice. All prospective buyers would meet with our recommended independent mortgage advisors to ensure they have been financially qualified prior to reservations being taken. We also strongly advise the site to be registered for the help to buy scheme as we have found this to be very successful in obtaining reservations of the other sites we have managed thus enabling buyers to purchase with a lower committed deposit.
