Part 1 Introduction to Sandown Our team is Sandown’s most valuable asset and we are committed to developing it to maximise its potential. We are proud of our business and are excited about our prospects knowing that we have a dedicated, loyal and hardworking team which is now even stronger with your joining it. We invite you to read this booklet to find out about the way we work. We appreciate that a transfer can be an unsettling time for the employees involved and we want to reassure you that we will endeavour to make this process as smooth as possible. We will maintain high levels of communication with you via the established consultation methods to keep you abreast of the transfer developments as they arise. It is important to us that you feel part of the process to make it as fulfilling as it can be. This booklet is provided to you as part of the transfer consultation process and is designed to answer some of the questions you may have about employment with us. Please feel free to raise any questions during the consultation process. You are important to us and we want this process to be as comprehensive as possible so that you have all the information you need.
