New Accounts not being added:  Check max value of column kbl_cmp_createdate from account table  Run stored procedure #3-DML- [KBL_Newly_Customers_Cell_Number_Hourly_CoreDB_Revised with above parameter and check if any new record is returned.  If no new record is returned that means there is no new account to add otherwise check interval time from database setting page.Existing account not being updated:  Check max value of column kbl_adt_modifiedtime from account table  Run stored procedure #6-DML- [KBL_Modified_Customers_Cell_Number_Hourly_CoreDB_Revised with above parameter and check if any new record is returned.  If no new record is returned that means there is no new record to update otherwise check interval time from database setting page.New transactions not being updated in application.  Check max value of column transaction_timestamp and message_creation_date from transaction_message table.  Run stored procedure #8-DML-[KBL_New_Transactions_CoreDB_Revised with above parameters and check if any new record is returned.  If no new record is returned that means there is no new transaction otherwise check interval time from database setting pageBulk SMS not received  Check status in bulk_sms table 0=Not Sent: wait till status changes. Make sure engine status is ON 1=Sending: in progess wait till status changes to 3 3=Sent: message sent from application to telecom operator 4=Cancelled: cancelled by userTransaction SMS not received:Check status in transaction_message table: 0 = Not Sent: Confirm Engine status is set to ON and wait till status changes to 1 i.e sent 1 = Sent: sms sent from application. In case of any delay in receiving sms it's because of network, status 1 means message was successfully delivered to telecom operator. 2 = Account Details unavailable: No account exist or msisdn(phone number) unavailable in application db. Application will try 10 times after every 30 minutes if account information is available in application db. If information is still unavailable after 10 retires application will change status to 3

3 = Account Details not available:SMS will not be sent against transaction with status 34 = details not applicable:Transactions against which KBL don’t want application to send SMS.5 = Transaction Type not found:Transaction type not found against transaction code. No message will be sentagainst this transaction.NOTE:In case of any problem please share findings of above mentioned steps with Planetbeyond support team.
