GMB members support the Austerity Bus as it visits Nottingham MB was pleased to support the TUC’s Austerity Bus as it visited Nottingham over a few days this Summer. Keen to support the initiative, GMB organiser Chris Needham G attended the Ilkeston site, where the bus stayed for several hours before moving into the Nottingham area. The bus is designed to move around the UK, visiting areas in which the TUC feels support is most needed. All Summer the bus hosted workshops that included video and radio interviews revealing the hardships faced by GMB members.
