Case study The Client: A dynamic, leading Risk & Compliance Consultancy firm based in the City of London providing a variety of services to a Global Client base. The Challenge: To help the Client strengthen their capability with the Internal Audit and Risk Management teams; engaging directly with one of the Clients Senior Partners, to identify suitable Candidates outside of their own networkand reach. Candidates needed to be highly competent and demonstrate relevant experience to particular niche market sectors, in addition they should have a cultural fit that would bring a fresh approach to the Clients’ internal culture and help to drive their expansion plans. Solution: Over a three week time scale, our team led by Charlie met with the Clients senior management, agreed a recruitment process that all parties could commit to. Utilising our European Candidate network, and holdingnumerous video interviews with Candidates located in London, Paris and Frankfurt we were able to identify anddeliver nine suitable Candidates for interview with the Client of which four were appointed, two in Internal Audit and two in Risk Management consultancy positions. Summary: We were able to quickly deliver this recruitment project due to the high level of commitment from the Clients Senior Partner. Someone who would welcome the opportunity of working in a challenging organisation making huge advancements in autonomous vehicle technology, yet be comfortable with a fast paced expanding organisation whose culture was adapting as it continued to grow. Solution: Led by Zak our team of Researchers and AI Consultants reached out to their networks and identified four suitable Candidates for the role, one however stood out amongst this talent pool. The successful Candidate was highly motivated, interested in the subject matter of autonomous vehicles and could demonstrate a highlevel of capability in Python, TensorFlow and Keras. With a PhD in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning healso had the correct level of research background the Client required.
