Case study 9.The Client, a UK based Consultancy specialising in the CapitalMarkets & Wealth Management sectors. We were referred tothe client by a Senior Partner of an existing client, as they hadbeen struggling to identify suitable candidates for interim andpermanent Project Management positions. The client had aninternal recruitment team and a number of generic agenciesworking for them to provide candidates. Their issue was thattheir internal team only had a candidate reach within the UK andtheir agencies kept on presenting candidates that were alreadyknown and had been previously rejected.Over a three week time scale, we met with the clients seniormanagement, agreed a recruitment process that all parties couldcommit to and by utilising our European candidate network, wewere able to identify and deliver five suitable candidates.
