The company has taken on numerous challenging projects over the past three years, building up expertise in design and construction solutions, project management services, building trades, and related engineering tasks.

Our team is made up of driven professionals who are passionate about and have an in-depth understanding of complex civil engineering projects. Company History Build It Better 3 Incorporated Build It Better Incorporated (BIBI) is a Filipino general construction firm established in 2019 in Batangas City. It is a company of innovative builders and engineers that was founded by Engr. Arabella Llagono, together with her colleagues Engr. Mark Anthony Briones, Engr. Danica Norada, Engr. Jovelyn Penaflorida and Engr. David Ruedas who works for the same firm and has the same goal of providing better construction and engineering services. BIBI primarily involves the planning, design, operation, and maintenance of engineering systems to help build smart, safe, and livable communities. With the knowledge and cooperation of the whole team, BIBI has developed and expanded its project management services, construction solutions, and other related engineering tasks for the past three years. Through continued research and services, BIBI also became a pioneer in several advanced construction application technologies in the Philippines. One of the most known projects that the company has created is its GID (Glow In The Dark) Markings and Integrated Warning Traffic System which was first implemented in Palico-Tuy Rotonda, Nasugbu, Batangas. These projects symbolize the expertise and professionalism of Filipino engineers.
