OPT Inc is an independent oilfield specialty chemicals provider, with the capacity to assist our local partners globally to manufacture oilfield chemicals in the countries where we do business. We have exper�se in all facets of the chemical business related to well construc�on and well comple- �ons and we supply chemicals to our clients for s�mula�on (fracturing and acidizing), cemen�ng, drilling and produc�on chemicals. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT As a technologically oriented company, OPT spends about 15% of its annual revenue in Research and Development. OPT R&D Center is an integrated research organiza�on for drilling, cement- ing, s�mula�on, well interven�on and produc�on chemicals. Occupying 20,000 sq � lab space and being equipped with advanced tes�ng facili�es and apparatus. Collabora�on and integra�on of research segments op�mizes work efficiency and introduces crea�ve and innova�ve research environment. OPT R&D teams are led by industry leading scien�sts and engineers with over 50 US patents and 200 interna�onal patents and around hundred publica�ons at SPE and peer reviewed journals. About 70% research and development staff graduated from advanced degrees from reputed universi�es. OPT R&D teams have developed many innova�ve products and technologies in the last 10 years in well services. WELL CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY Cemen�ng is a process to support and protect the casings in a well and to isolate different zones. This isola�on allows the comple�on and produc�on to be done inside the casing safety. With different challenging well condi�ons, OPT technology enables the operator to select the proper cement system to meet their objec�ve successfully and cost effec�vely. WELL STIMULATION TECHNOLOGY OPT offers cost-effec�ve matrix acidizing and fracturing services and provides up-to date technologies to meet the client requirement and address their challenges for increasing the produc�on. We have developed an industry proved process to analyze the reservoir proper- ty, understand the produc�on poten�al, then resolve the challenges of reservoir to delivery fluid, and finally unlock the well produc�on poten�al. The industry recognized so�ware FracPRO PT will be used to design, simulate and op�mize the matrix acidizing and fracturing program. QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVI- RONMENTAL (QHSE) We strive to con�nually improve the quality of our products and services; to protect the health, safety and property of our employees, our clients, our vendors and third par�es; and to minimize adverse environmental impact in communi�es where we live and work. Our proac�ve approach includes the STOP Card observa�on system. This program is meant to engage employees to improve safety performance. The ‘cards’ typically have wri�en guidance for employees to use to target safety observa�ons. The intent of these cards is to have employees focus on poten�al hazards in their workplace and iden�fy those hazards. MANUFACTURING Occupying more than 30 acres of land area and being equipped with more than 10 set reactors and blending units, OPT manufacturing plants have annual produc�on capacity of 4000 tons per year. With standardized quality control and quality assurance procedures and programs, top quality products are manufac- tured and provided to our clients, ensuring superior job quality in well servicing. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT We adopt a con�nuous training both formal and on-the-job training throughout their careers. Our technical training emphasizes the use of IT and actual job training. We have developed self-training module and step by step career on the job training schedule for specific job. Technical training program emphasizes in-house and field training in all types of service related equipment, applica�on, as well as computer aided design, execu- �onand evalua�on.
