5. How do you make yourself trustworthy? • Answer: To build team, we need to know goal. Analyze strength and weakness of the team members. Create trust environment, trust comes first. Understand individual and use different way to manage. Use lead by example and on the job training technics for newcomer. Build discipline, also warning them when they are lacking the discipline. 6. How do you build a network with an external party? • Answer: Build familiarity with them and be consistency. Share them a useful data. Attend related field seminar. Identify target group to know.
