Close to 400 surveys were submitted by members and spouses. We really appreciate each of you fortaking the time to complete the process, including providing detailed comments throughout each section. The surveyresults were very informative as we strive to improve our overall satisfaction at the Club.WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?The comments will be reviewed by each of our department heads, Board of Stewardsand the Long Range Planning Committee to develop plans for the future and to addresswhat we can do to keep improving our overall Club experience for our members andguests.We will have a more in-depth look at the survey results closer to summer, most likelyaround the time of our Annual Member Meeting in May.We will be looking closely at these key areas: comments related to service, child-watchopportunities, menu options in the Clubhouse, capital needs related to safety andfuture in-house projects for us to consider.Looking forward to a great year ahead! ~ Mike

The smaller class size allowed for one-on-one education about table manners, social etiquette and more. The children loved the four-course meal and especially enjoyed learning in a fun and comfortable setting.

11Employee of the Quarter - March 2018 Ben Stanley, Service TeamBen Stanley has been a team member at CCR for just ayear and has been a stand-out employee from dayone. He is one of our lead trainers for the restaurant andhas been influential in structuring our team’s servicetraining program. Ben is well-rounded and flexible,working as a server in the restaurant as well as the GolfSnack Bar and running beverage carts out on the course.He regularly receives rave reviews from member diningexperiences making him our Employee of the Quarter.Well done, Ben!
