Maybe you have only heard pieces of the story, and want to know more, so here is the Houston Astros Cheating Scandal: A Quick Recap. Tyreek Hill (10) is going to be a nightmare to deal with due to his speed and agility. If the 49ers want to be in this game, they will have to play man-to-man defence. If that’s not the case, Tyreek Hill and company will find a way to burn them deep, as no one will be able to keep up with the Chiefs’ speed and athleticism. Tyreek Hill will be assisted by arguably the league's best tight end in the league, Travis Kelce (87) who caught 3 touchdown passes against the Houston Texans. Hill and Kelce are very dominant, however, with the help of young Sammy Watkins (14) , they are a threat. 10 | THE PIONEER | January 31, 2020

SEASON HIGHLIGHTS: We had a huge overtime win against Hoffman Estates, 48-43. Emina Hanic and Mahima Chokshi are on pace to score 1,000 career points. Emina currently has 502 points and 391 rebounds, while Mahima has 454 points and 139 assists. They both have 207 points this season alone. Colleen Oribello has stepped up immensely on defense and offense as our main ball handler. She’s a lot more confident with the ball and is one of our best shooters. She currently has 185 points this season. COACH’S COMMENT: I am so proud of the girls and the growth I have seen in the program. The work ethic, communication, teamwork, confidence and just overall enjoyment of basketball has greatly improved. These are amazing girls and it’s been an honor to coach the varsity team. For the remainder of our season, we need to con- trol the tempo of the game, rebound on both ends and play to our strengths.
