Spring ClassesClass sizes are limited to 12 students. All class-work is videotaped using digital cameras onthumbdrives. Students receive a complimentary thumbdrive for their own records and review.The classes listed below are for adults (16 and older). Learn how toanalyze scripts, develop characters, and practice the fundamentals of on-camera acting throughimprovisation, scene study, monologues, and more.Film Acting I: Intro to Film ActingThis class is ongoing and you can join anytime. You will be readily incorporated into the classand start making progress in film acting, from the day you join.This is the perfect class for beginning film actors. Whether transitioning from stage to screen orstarting with little or no acting experience, you'll develop a superior approach to film acting,including extensive on-camera work in class.With an emphasis on script analysis and character development, this class will ground you tothe fundamentals of on-camera acting through scene study, monologues and other exercises.Your class-work will be regularly recorded with digital cameras on thumbdrives that you willkeep for your own records and further viewing.Film Acting II: Intermediate LevelIn this on-camera scene study class, we concentrate on film production procedures andprotocol, including industry standards, vocabulary, jargon, preparation and script breakdown

for shooting out of sequence and preparation for the realities of movie making. Class is run likea professional film set, and we will be shooting assorted exercises and scenes.All your class-work will be recorded with digital cameras on thumbdrives that you will keep foryour own records and further viewing. This course will prepare you to be a professional actoron the film set.Advanced Film ActingThe unique structure of the class allows working actors the opportunity to explore a wideranging menu of valuable skills and gain practical tools. The ongoing schedule invites thebenefit of a community of actors who can create as an ensemble over the long term. Whetheryou want to stretch as an actor, make the transition from stage to film, or simply to work outand keep your skills in top form, this class offers the advanced actor a fun, nurturing andchallenging home.Advanced Acting for Film & TVThis on-camera class is run like a film-set. We workshop 4 different scenes per student duringthese 8 weeks, towards a superior performance.Each week, you'll be in the telepresence of notable Los Angeles film and tv Casting Directors,working with them on scenes and getting their feedback and instructions. There will also be ahighly informative Question & Answer session with each one of them, providing you invaluableinsights into the LA film and tv markets. The Casting Directors may also comment on yourHeadshots & Resumes towards making them more effective and professional.Casting OpportunitiesOur unrivaled Classes and Workshops provide our Acting Students of all levels extraordinaryCasting Opportunities in Movies, TV, Internet and highly-paid Commercials.
