Financial Committee of the school needs to be regularized to file IT Return till the Legal status of the school is not clear to file IT Return as status of school as Associate of Person. 6. The term \"basic pay\" in the revised pay structure means the pay drawn in the prescribed pay levels in the Pay Matrix and does not include Non-Practising Allowance (NPA), Military Service Pay (MSP) etc. or any other type of pay like special pay etc.

Constitution of Registered Society or Trust for clearing the Legal status of school for the purpose of IT Return and Form 5A (EPFO requirement). Constitution of Registered Society or Trust is mandatory in order to get affiliation from CBSE as per new CBSE Bye-laws. Before applying for the CBSE affiliation, the school has to get Recognition Certificate and NOC from the State Government which will be possible only if we have a Registered Society or Trust. The school has registered and applied with the State Administration. But not yet received the certificate may be due to non-fulfillment of certain clauses. Form 5 A regarding status of School Ownership is pending on Establishment’s EPFO Portal. The School PAN Card No.AAATD8679C shows the status of School as “TRUST” but no Bylaws and list of Trustee along with their KYC is available with school. Earlier, our school was NOT Filling IT Return and when CA firm start filling return due to IT Deptt. NOTICE has to file as AOP due to lack of Documents and proper Legal status. Till last financial Year the school has been filing IT Returns in AOP (Association of Person) status under Internal School Financial committee.

The Entry Gate of the play- ground from the link road connecting temple side need an urgent repair to avoid any infiltrators to enter inside the school campus. Many letters have been written to T.A.(Civil) Office since last one year, but, no action has been initiated till date. 02. Due to defective rain water drainage system, the rain water from the drainage lines get collected in the Assembly Ground making the entire Assembly Ground look like a pond. To overcome this problem, we suggest that the floor-surface of Assembly Ground may be re-laid by raising the level of the ground-surface by at-least 6-8 inches from the stage side and making a slop towards the drainage lines of channel entry gate. After re-laying of the surface, if possible, Kota stone flooring may be done in the Assembly Ground.
03. Repair of the surface of the parking area near DPS main gate, as, water logging take place due to uneven surface and due to non availability/absence of rain water drainage line on that spot.Electric Motor for the movement of Stage-Curtain in the Multi Purpose Hall of the School is to be made operational, as, it is not working since last four years. 04. Rain water drainage pipes of the Chemistry Lab and M.P. Hall have blocked resulting rain water collecting on the floors of Chemistry Lab and M.P.Hall. 05. Since, the Solar- panels have been fixed on the roof of the school building and due to the regular cleaning of these panels, the rain water drain pipes get blocked resulting seepage in the classrooms and toilets. This seepage on the walls may be repaired, as, it may result in electrocution. 06. The height of the gates towards cycle stand side and also towards Urja-Bhavan side is to be enhanced. 07. The height of the gate of the Nursery Park to be increased to avoid any infiltrators to enter inside the building. 08. Aluminum Sheets to be provided on the partition-gaps of the school building in the Academic Block & Lab block. 09. To level the playground behind the school building with the help of computer leveler and also to restore Football Goal-Posts which were removed by NTPC years back. 10. The height of the Boundary Wall of the school campus is to be enhanced to a safer height. We prefer covered boundary wall of at-least 7ft height towards temple-helipad road side to avoid eve- teasing during lunch break and also during physical education period. 11. All Aluminum Glass Doors of the Admin Block need urgent repair, as, these doors get stuck while opening and closing. The rubber lining for fitment of the glass have also become tor n and needed to be replaced on priority. One Glass pane of front door broken a year back is yet to be replaced. 12. Kota stone flooring in the courtyard of the Academic-Block. 13. Separate Basket-ball court with Kota stone flooring for the Girls. 14. Construction of a Tin-shade Store-Room for storage of furniture.
