APPROVAL OF CLOSURE AND MERGING OF BANK ACCOUNTS. Merging of Bank Accounts of DPS Vidyutnagar: The Gratuity, PTA and Caution Money account with Punjab National Bank will be dissolved and the amount at credit of these accounts will be transferred to Delhi Public School account of State Bank of India. Salary/Fee account in the name of Delhi Public School, NTPC in Punjab National Bank will be kept as it is along with DPS Alumni Association Account used for receiving Centre Fee from CBSE and other miscellaneous accounts.

Constitution of Registered Society or Trust for clearing the Legal status of school for the purpose of IT Return and Form 5A (EPFO requirement).  Constitution of Registered Society or Trust is mandatory in order to get affiliation from CBSE as per new CBSE Bye-laws. Before applying for the CBSE affiliation, the school has to get Recognition Certificate and NOC from the State Government which will be possible only if we have a Registered Society or Trust. The school has registered and applied with the State Administration. But not yet received the certificate may be due to non-fulfillment of certain clauses.  Form 5 A regarding status of School Ownership is pending on Establishment’s EPFO Portal. The School PAN Card No.AAATD8679C shows the status of School as “TRUST” but no Bylaws and list of Trustee along with their KYC is available with school. Earlier, our school was NOT Filling IT Return and when CA firm start filling return due to IT Deptt. NOTICE has to file as AOP due to lack of Documents and proper Legal status.  Till last financial Year the school has been filing IT Returns in AOP (Association of Person) status under Internal School Financial committee.

Agenda No.9: Approval of Ms. Shubarna Chakravorty as per existing norms. (Hike in the existing Rs.100 per lecture to Rs.150/- per lecture)  Ms.Shubarna Chakravarty having qualifications of M.A. (Geography), B.Ed. and pursuing M.A.History has been engaged in DPS NTPC Vidyutnagar on temporary basis (on daily lecture basis) from 6th April 2020.  She has been teaching Geography and Geo-Spatial Technology for the students of Class XI & XII and Social Science for Class IX and X. The school management has engaging her in the post of Geography and Geo-Spatial Teacher on Daily Tenure Basis with Rs.100/- per lecture.  She is a sincere and dedicated teacher giving excellent results in Class XII in the subject Geography and Geo-Spatial Technology. Her charges may kindly be increased from Rs.100/- to Rs.150/- per lecture.

Agenda No. 10 & 11  Letter from NTPC regarding extension of Estate Assistant (Mr. Navjot Vyas) on reimbursement basis is still pending. (Status clarify and due to financial crises, Advance salary should be provided, the same will be appreciated)  Approval for permission for only two children of staff to be given fee concession as per norms. These two points need to be discussed

Hall to be repaired.  Plaster Job : Mason repair job.  White Washing Painting Job of entire school building .  Welding Job of Iron Gate (Entry Gate) of Play- Ground from temple side road.  Light arrangement for Basketball Court (To practice at night times).  Arrangement of Tube Rods for the classrooms (not available since last two months).  Water Logging in the Assembly Ground and in Parking Area near School main gate.  Cutting of Trees of the Assembly Ground and front yards of Academic Block and Lab Block (Neem and Gulmohar Trees).  Repair of Seepage of the classrooms (Chocked rain water Drainage Pipes).  Carpenter Job: Repair job of Door Stoppers, Aluminum Sheet on partition gap of the building.  Removal/lifting of Broken Furniture of the school.  Leveling of the playground.  Aluminum Glass doors of Admin Block to be repaired.
