CHECKLIST and Daily Update • Writer 1 - Google drive – BP writer • Writer 2 - Google drive – BP writer 2 • Graphic Designer - Google drive – GD (BP ) Task Daily - update on work done, follow up & deadline and post on group chat Weekly – print checklist, socmed content writing, web & app enhancement for weekly discussion Monthly – GD to print Artwork Chase Summary for dept review Ad hoc - assignment from time to time
