Orientações Gerais sobre o Preenchimento do Instrumento de Avaliação de Preceptores por Residentes Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde - Grupo Hospitalar ConceiçãoOrientações gerais quanto ao processo de avaliação:1- O presente instrumento tem o objetivo de oferecer subsídios para que os Residentes sistematizem o processo de avaliação de seus Preceptores, tendo sido pactuado em reunião de COREMU em 12/12/17. Na mesma ocasião, definido que este instrumento será utilizado nos anos de 2018, 2019 e 2020, sendo revisado após esta terceira aplicação, visando melhorias. O instrumento estará acessível a todos através do site do GHC.2- A avaliação dos Preceptores deve der processual e ter como objetivo a melhoria dos Programas e o crescimento de todos os envolvidos nos processos de formação em serviço da RMS.3- Metodologia de avaliação: a. Frequência anual, entre os meses de setembro de outubro de cada ano. b. A orientação geral é de que as avaliações sejam feitas conforme as Áreas Profissionais (núcleos), com exceção do Programa de Saúde da Família, que fará nos Campos de Prática. c. Após a avaliação entre os residentes, os mesmos devem marcar reunião com os preceptores das respectivas Áreas Profissionais para fornecerem o feedback, com exceção do Programa de Saúde da Família que fará o feedback nos Campos de Prática. d. Os instrumentos de avaliação preenchidos devem ser repassados ao Supervisor do Programa, que as levará em consideração ao fazer a avaliação institucional do Preceptor. e. O registro das avaliações dos Supervisores constará no SAGU, em campo específico.4- Preenchimento do instrumento: a. O instrumento de avaliação consta de 8 questões, todas baseadas nas funções da preceptoria. b. A avaliação constará de pareceres descritivos sobre pontos positivos e pontos a melhorar em cada um dos 8 (oito) itens.5 – Dúvidas quanto ao processo de avaliação devem ser dirimidas com a secretaria e coordenaçãoda COREMU.
