CV Augmentation; our copywriting staff producing state of the art cover letters and applications for submission (constantly for three months or until placement). Overview of a Passionate LifeThe Director of TFA produced, directed, wrote and liaised with talent, media, speakersand schools. It was a great opportunity for the youth of the Central Coast. Our engagingeducational presentation, “A Passionate Life”, took our audience on a journey from earlychildhood, through school (both primary and high school), mid-life and finally to retirement.It focused on the key development stages of people’s lives as they progress through life,their attitudes to current career challenges, educational milestones and the options thatare available and which can entirely change the outcome of this path.The final stage of the career journey, being retirement, is a direct outcome of some ofthese decisions and outcomes. This was represented by using actors, professionaleducators, celebrities, specialist professionals and members of the community who haveaccomplished amazing things. TFA utilised performers and musical items to keep theaudience engaged.TFA’s services assist people of all ages in crises to plan and change their careersthroughout important stages of their lives, as well as offering course management andindividual psychological counselling support to cope with those life milestones and crisesthat often can misdirect our paths in life.Total Focus Australia operates in many areas of Australia including Sydney, Melbourne,Brisbane and Newcastle as well as the Central Coast, and even provides skype servicesto Regional Australia. TFA work with people with psychological challenges, learning andprocessing issues, personality limitations, as well as working with students leaving schooland universities in setting up their career paths for life.Basically, “TFA” is there for youth through to the elderly. It is when childrenleave school at either year 10 or year 12 that the normal structure and support servicesoften stop for them, and this is when they need to understand that many services are stillavailable but need to be sought out.The message to all is that despite learning difficulties and differences, there is hope. Asa team, the professionals in the community are available to assist to ensure that everyyouth member in society has an opportunity to have “A Passionate Life.”TFA involved humour, theatrics and music to engage the audience and introduce them toexciting speakers from Celebrity, Educational, Government and Community sectors towalk us through topical information that connects us with the issues and choices that arehighlighted at each stage of development, again, highlighting issues that can beconfronting to all of us when we make choices about further education, careers, how to

Hunter & Central Coast RegionScope of services:The contract between Certified Builders and Assessors was to source manage, andsource apprentices for the building side of the company and assist with longevity oftheir traineeship. The contract between us and Total Focus Australia is one where thereis a need for constant counselling/ coaching between apprentices, supervisors and thetrainee centre to ensure engagement.Summary of Outcomes achieved:The outcome is; that the retention of the Apprentices has been 100% since August 2015(when TFA commenced working with the staff). This has assisted in the development ofthe business and the workflow. The satisfaction of the level of interest in the trade(expressed by the apprentices) to their direct trade supervisors was 80% higheraccording to their appraisals, than before Total Focus Australia was involved.
