Submit An Offer Congratulations! You've found a dream home and are prepared to submit an offer! Work with your realtor to determine what you want your offer to be. Call your Loan officer and let them know, and they will reach out to the listing agent to introduce themselves and to let the seller know you are a qualified buyer!
THE ROADMAP TO 6 Contract 7 8 Congratulations! Your offer has been accepted! 9 Now you will work with your Realtor and the listing agent to go under contract on your dream home. Your Realtor will help negotiate purchase price, and you will provide an Earnest Money Deposit (see Mortgage Terms Glossary in this toolkit). Due Dilligence Period Pay attention to your due dilligence period! This is listed in your contract. Your Loan Officer will work to make sure to keep an eye out on this period deadline to ensure there will be no hurdles in the loan process after this period is up.
