PEAPSL CONSULTANCY LIMITED PEAPSL Consultancy Limited (PEAPSL) was formerly known as Petrotrin EAP Services Limited. We have been providing EAP, training and other related services for over twenty-five years. During this time, PEAPSL has provided services to over three hundred organizations in the energy, financial and other sectors and currently supports over 25 contract clients. PEAPSL’s services are geared towards helping employees, supervisors and managers increase productivity within their organizations. Corporate Training PEAPSL’s Corporate Training Centre provides clients with a wide range of topics reflective of productivity issues that organizations face. Our programmes can be delivered via workshops and educational outreaches. Organizations benefit from improvements in employee morale, productivity, organizational effectiveness and reduced absenteeism when employees participate in these Corporate Training programmes. Educational Outreaches (E.O.s) are one hour and/or two hour interactive sessions that provide employees with soft skills to address productivity, health and safety issues. At EOs, our counsellors share coping skills with employees and allow them the opportunity to share their experiences to the benefit of all present. Some EOs are aimed at helping employees identify signs that a dependant or loved one is affected by a troubling issue. PEAPSL facilitates EOs at your organization’s convenience or as Lunch and Learn sessions so that your business operation is not interrupted. Workshops are more extensive training sessions which involve practical exercises and can be half-day [3 hours], one-day [6 hours] or multiple days. These workshops provide vital information on various topics and encourage positive employee behaviours that contribute to organizational productivity. Participants acquire practical skills that can be applied both in the workplace as well as in their personal lives. Whether you decide to benefit from one of our topics presented here or you would like to request a different topic based on your organization’s need, contact us today for further details. We are happy to assist and as our motto says: ‘PEAPSL CARES’; (Confidential, Accountable, Reliable, Ethical, Supportive)

The full three-day workshop deals with change, stress, health and wellness, goal setting, and financial planning. It is an all-encompassing programme allowing participants to embrace retirement. One-day and two-day options are also available where organizations can select their preferred segments.
