Collectivism Collectivism is the ideology where the interdependence between individuals is normal. Collectivism has six common ideas: economic equality, cooperation, collective norms,collective responsibility,collective interest, and public property. The biggest thing that collectivism emphasizes is to consider the collective group over the individual. Collectivism also emphasizes the idea that people depend on one another rather than living in isolation

Communism Communism is the ideology of creating a classless society making everyone equal. Although in a communist society the citizens do not have a say in the governing of their nation. Communism's economy was also controlled by the government, thus being a centrally planned economy with resources,land, and economic equality all shared throughout the nation.

Marxism Marxism is the ideology that developed The theory of Communism may be summed from the words of Karl marx. Marx up in one sentence: Abolish all private property. believed that through revolution we move Karl Marx closer to a communist society. Marx’s key beliefs were shifting from private to public property, creation of factories owned by the government, government control of all banking, government control of transportation and communication, and free education for all kids. Some of Karl Marx's theories evolved into socialism in the late 1800s.

Communism in the past The communist party of the USSR is a example of a communist leader. Under the control of Joseph Stalin. The USSR had great advantages under communist control like the forced rapid industrialization of the USSR and had a centrally planned economy. But it was ruled with an iron fist, if you spoke out you would either be executed or sent to gulags.

Communism today One of the few countries that are still communist is cuba. Under communist rule cuba has an exceptional healthcare system with an infant mortality rate lower than the united states, the also have a great education system were its one teacher to ten students instead of fifthteen like the states. But they have a grinding poverty where half the population lives off $1 a day, and a repressive regime which has locked up around 400 political dissidents.

Utopian Socialism Utopian socialism is the ideology that developed off of the beliefs of cooperation and not competition. Utopian socialism was created around forward thinkers who thought of the collective instead of the individual. Some early socialists consist of Robert Owen and Charles Fourier. They based their ideas off of the writings of Karl Marx in the Communist Manifesto. This ideology provided people with economic equality but also the necessities to survive like reasonable food markets, public education

Democratic Socialism Democratic socialism means Democratic socialism was developed when that we must reform a political socialists thought that modern liberalism system that is corrupt, that we could not provide enough government must create an economy that intervention. Many countries around the works for all, not just the very world are somewhat democratic socalist wealthy. such as Italy, Brazil, Turkey, France, Peru, and Sweden. Dempocratic socialism offers Bernie Sanders people today the chance to live in a society where there is free health care, education, and economic freedom.

Liberalism Liberalism is based on the ideology of private property, rule of law, self interest, individual rights and freedoms, competition, and economic freedom. Liberalism values individualism more than collectivism. Liberalism is trust of the people tempered by prudence. Conservatism is distrust of the people tempered by fear. William E. Gladstone

Modern Liberalism Modern liberalism developed off of classical liberalism. Modern liberalism began to appear in western countries such as canada. Countries adopted modern liberalism because of the increased wealth of business owners and the increase in privately owned businesses. Nowadays modern liberalism helps the economy,government, and the people. Modern liberalism helps the people by maintaining some government control of the economy so that it doesn't boom or bust.

Mixed Economy Mixed Economy is the economic values that liberalism values as important. Mixed economies are important because the government still has a minimal amount of control over the countries economy. Governments help to control the Boom and the Bust of the economy so that we don't go into another great depression. A mixed economy also allows the government to own some key companies. This also increases the social welfare programs in the country.

Individualism Individualism is the ideology that the rights and freedoms of individuals are more important than of collective groups. Conservatism Conservatism is the ideology that is based off of leaving everything as it is. Also called “laissez faire” where everything should stay the same with no changes. Conservatism has evolved over the years into keeping the economy the same and not changing it by keeping the government out of it.

Capitalism/Classical liberalism Capitalism and classical liberalism are important because they have been tied together since the industrial revolution. Classical liberalism was created around 1600 at the beginning of the industrial revolution. This ideology called for more individualism and more competition among citizens. Capitalism ties into classical liberalism because there was little to no government intervention, huge competition, and distribution of wealth across greater ranges of society. Classical liberalism and capitalism allow for the greater improvement and expansion of businesses in society.

Capitalism/Classical Liberalism in the past Classical liberalism has been in the united states for centuries. The idea of classical liberalism started from the famous philosopher John Locke. Locke believed that every democracy should be representative and that everyone has natural rights to Life, Liberty, And property. John Locke's most famous piece of work was Declaration of Independence. To love our neighbor as ourselves is such a truth for regulating human society, that by that alone one might determine all the cases in social morality. John Locke

Fascism Facism is an ideology built on rejecting some forms of government like liberal democracies. Facism’s beliefs are that of radical they believe that there should be no individual rights and freedoms. This ideology evolved towards the end of world war one were people believed that liberal democracies were the reason for the war. The biggest leader of a facist country to date would be Adolf hitler in germany.

Fascism Today Fascism nowadays is at a minimal with there being only some small political parties. But that doesn't mean they don't exist for example a group of people in north america are the Klu Klux Klan. The klu Klux Klan have gained recognition due towards their hatred toward african americans. The klu klux klan is an example of facism in today's society. All within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state. Benito Mussolini
