I       feel	that	I	have	used	these	every	day	during       my	career,	particularly	as	a	manager,	where	I       like	to	think	that	I	can	identify	the	different       ways	that	people	work	within	in	my	team	and       how	to	develop,	support	and	grow.       3   How did you get from there to where           you are now?       My	husband	was	also	in	the	catering	industry,       so	shortly	after	leaving	Bass,	we	set	up	a       small	business	on	our	own.	This	helped	me	to       understand	the	industry	from	another       perspective,	with	full	accountability	for	my       actions.
