Posters are visual aid in the learning process. It is an effective way to catch and hold the attention of students as well as maintain their interest in the subject. Posters can motivate students to learn a specific topic. The best advantage of poster making is that it facilitates teamwork and understanding along with facilitating creative think- ing and extensive research and reading. It provides stu- dents with an opportunity to learn by doing, in turn strengthening the learning. Grade 3 students were active- ly involved in poster making activity related to the topic : ‘‘Love the Nature’’ and they realized the need to conserve the environment for future generations.

Hands on activities help a child to feel comforta- ble and confident in his understanding of fraction concepts. Various activities were given to stu- dents to form fractions. The students were given different objects to find the fractions in them. Students explained how to find the unit fraction by dividing it with the de- nominator. Different strategies were used to help them think and share ideas with classmates. These tasks were given to the students in order to reinforce and understand the concept of fractions. Also, they can use their knowledge of fractions to solve real-life problems.

Learning Phrases Phrases are group of words that work together to communi- cate an element of speech. They are very important because they allow you to communicate better, through both written and spoken language. The students learnt to form short phrases and use them to form sentences. They learnt to use these phrases in an appropriate sentence with a meaning.

GROUP DISCUSSION Common methods of conversing including meeting in per- son, conducting conference calls, using text messaging, or using a website such as an Internet forum. For group discussion, the topic was given- ‘What happens when the storm comes?’ Students were divided into 5 to 6 different groups with the topic and time given to them. They shared their information and planned how to perform. Each group performed to their best while others were listening. They shared their views, ideas and reasons. This activity helped them in developing their critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.

Map Work Map Work will give the children opportunities to make maps and plans at a variety of scales. This can be done by looking at the object what you can see. It can be made by using some rectangles out of card or by drawing square or rectangular shapes. With the help of the cardinal directions, students were able to make questions of various levels to identify the plac- es or continents.

Reading Competition Reading helps students to add more to their knowledge and vocabulary. It improves their focus, concentration and memory pow- er along with better writing skills. These were the core objectives that were focused for the students through this reading competition. In this activity students read the text and raced among themselves to read the paragraph correctly. It helped them to improve Arabic lan- guage skills, including fluency.

More generally in art history, especially sculpture, \"mask\" is the term for a face without a body that is not modelled in the round (which would make it a \"head\"), but for example appears in low relief. Kathakali is a major form of classical Indian dance. The students made a beautiful Kathakali mask with their creativity and imagination by using different mediums such us sketch pen, water colour and colour pencils. The objective of this activity was to make the kids understand the tradition and craft of mask making. This also gave a boost to the children’s creativity and thinking skills.
