Wash the Bhindi thoroughly and pat dry with a cloth or paper towel. Cut off the heads and tails of the Bhindi and slice them into 1-inch pieces. Heat the Mustard Oil in a Kadai or a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add sliced onions and green chili to the Kadai and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent. Add ginger and garlic paste to the Kadai and sauté for another 2 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes to the Kadai and cook for 3-4 minutes until they become soft and mushy. Add coriande
