APR. 2020, ISSUE 38 OUR SERVICES THE SILTON EXPLORER THE SILTON HILLS CLUBHOUSE TRAVEL NEWSLETTER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS EMERGENCY SUPPORT This is a new service that comes out of our daily experience at the San José International Airport (SJO).  We are in the airport 24/7, and it happens quite frequently that agencies hire a transportation service for their passengers, and, for some or another reasons the arrival transportation does not show up in time.  For travel agencies (Especially the ones outside of Costa Rica) it is quite a need to have someone who is always at the arrivals gate to welcome and assure the passenger that everything is all right and they are not lost or forgotten.  Our service will contact your passengers and talk to their transportation to see if there are delays or if there is a need for extra transportation.  If the latter, we will get them to their hotel without any issues. That way your company will show off with an extra efficient step towards the comfort and safety or the customers.  It has been a real success service to the clients.
