Guidelines 20 22 For Property Owners, CPs, and Franchises • Property owner - who bought the farmland. • CPs - the Channel Partners who can take up as business partners. • Franchise - who can help the Channel Partners. • The Development Company is called as DC SRIMITRA PASSIVE EARNING ADVISERS
Property Owners A person who owns a unit of Farmland is called a Property owner. The Development company will plant the trees on their land and take care of the maintenance till the trees are harvested. Once harvested the development company (DC) will take its share of 50% of the harvested product. The remaining portion of 50% is the share of the Property owner. SRIMITRA PASSIVE EARNING ADVISERS
Property Owners Contd... All property owners have to execute a Development Agreement with the DC at the appropriate time to develop and plant trees. SRIMITRA PASSIVE EARNING ADVISERS
Channel Partners The Property Owner can become a Channel Partner if they desire so, by promoting this farmland to 4 persons. The Channel partners are entitled to a remuneration/commission for every purchase of farmland by these four property owners. SRIMITRA PASSIVE EARNING ADVISERS
Channel Partners contd.... The commission earned would be adjusted for further farmlands and house plots registered in the favour of Channel Partners. The commission earned will not be dispersed and strictly adjusted towards the properties only. The TDS certificates are provided to CPs from time to time. SRIMITRA PASSIVE EARNING ADVISERS
Channel Partners contd.... The channel partners are provided with the earned farmland units as Bigger Plot of minimum 20+1 units as a plot and the harvested produce of property owner share will be provided to them once the trees are harvested. Once the four plots are promoted to four property owners, a Channel Partner agreement must be executed by all CPs. SRIMITRA PASSIVE EARNING ADVISERS
Channel Partners contd.... The CPs will have the benefits of Property owners and earn additional Units of farmland as Property Owners and house properties. SRIMITRA PASSIVE EARNING ADVISERS
Franchisee The CPs can take up the franchisee. The Franchisee must help the Channel Partners in promoting their four units. For this, the Franchisee will have the revenue sharing on every new unit promoted to help the CPs and on repeated purchases of the farmland units also by them. SRIMITRA PASSIVE EARNING ADVISERS
Franchisee Contd... The franchisees must raise their bill from time to time and claim their remuneration/commission. This amount will be transferred to the bank account of the Franchisees after deducting the TDS.
