But should you need to, your cancellation mustbe sent to Dance + Cheer Games in writing. Cancellations will incur a fee and may incurfees charged by the airlines, hotels, event organisers and other suppliers. No refund willapply once you have left for your tour. We will do our best to minimise these fees if we can!But unfortunately once you book stuff, we have to pay for stuff.
