Medical The more you know about your medical coverage, the more likely you will be able to make the most of your benefits and use them wisely. You can choose from two medical plan options. These plans let you select the coverage that is right for you and your family based on plan features and costs. I Each plan is a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) administered by Aetna. I You can use in-network or out-of-network providers, but you will pay less when you use in-network providers. I Both plans provide free routine, in-network preventive care and the same prescription drug and vision coverage. I Medical Option 1 includes a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help offset your out of pocket medical plan expenses and has lower employee contributions than Option 2. However, you may pay more out of pocket when you receive medical services in Option 1 as compared to Option 2. I Medical Option 2 does not include an HRA and has higher employee contributions than Option 1. However, you may pay less out of pocket when you receive medical services in Option 2 as compared to Option 1. Reminder about Health Care Reform On January 1, 2011, plan changes took effect as a result of health care legislation. Here is a recap of those changes, which are still applicable. I Dependent children are eligible for medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage until their 26th birthday (does not apply to child life insurance). This provision applies regardless of whether your child is married, a full-time student, lives with you, or is a tax dependent. I No lifetime limits on health care plan coverage. I Over-the-counter drugs are not eligible for reimbursement under the Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Only drugs prescribed by a health care provider are eligible.2
