NJSI offers the accompaniment in such a way that the alternatives are clear to them so that they need not be afraid of trying new things Moreover, the future of sustainability depends on the organic and permanent farming culture. The use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides are destroying the eco system while making us all vulnerable to various diseases and emerging new pandemics. On top of that, the mass production and processing practices of the multinational companies are killing farmers of their opportunity to biological practices in the fields as they are not able to compete in the big markets. The lead- ership in the country support the big business, and the poor farmers are forgotten. NJSI is trying to develop a system at the micro level in the village where the poor people are able to survive on their own, even if the big markets are shut in the cities.
