The Effectiveness of Instructional Leadership in Promoting Teaching and Learning in Zambian Secondary Schools: A Case of Chilanga District
The purpose of this study focused on the effectiveness of instructional leadership in promoting teaching and learning. An exploratory research design which is a two-phase mixed method design was used; questionnaires and interviews were used as research instruments for data collection. According to the results obtained it was identified that instructional leadership is effective in promoting teaching and learning.
