1 - FIRST CONTACTWe will guide you through every step of your project. On first contact our businessdevelopment team will conduct a consultation to establish your requirements.Your personal consultant will talk through your visions, aims and constraints to devise anoptimum solution.Together we will go through the business case and select which products present theideal scenario for your project, refining your selection and maximising the return on yourinvestment.Rest assured that our consultants have years of experience and are an integral part to oursuccesses. We are enriched with a wealth of in-house talent and market knowledge helping usto plan the right project for you.2 - PROJECT PLANNINGPut your project in our hands. After an initial analysis of your site we will sit with you andplan the best strategy to implement our solution, taking into account time frames, budgetsand any environmental constraints, resulting in a full project plan.We believe in operating in a transparent working environment, to ensure that you are fullyaware of our critical path no matter how large or small your requirements are. In our projectplan, we will include the key stakeholders and contractors, defining milestones and deliverydates. For our ongoing projects we will schedule regular update meetings to keep you fullyinformed on progress and highlight any bottlenecks when they may occur.We are used to delivering projects within tight deadlines, we know that not every project hasthe luxury of time. You will also havedirect contact with our support team for ongoing maintenance.5 - TECHNICAL, AFTER SALES SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCEWe provide a comprehensive and personal service to all our clients and this doesn’t stoponce the project is complete.
