Pure jaggery or palm sugar has been selected from small farmers in Pattani, as part of jaggery salted caramel to pair with the chiffon cake. This glorious combination of chiffon, fresh coconut pulp, and crafted salted caramel has been leaving an unforgettable memory since then.
