Current Systems Land Management System The land management system is a system built to aid the process of acquiring, managing, storing and distributing information about pieces of land for all local governments. Land management in this context refers to the proper and sustainable utilization of all aspects of land 10
Document Management System Document Management Systems (DMS), is a software that stores, manages and track electronic documents and electronic images, with an embedded workflow engine and embedded security to enable the client safeguard sensitive information. The software controls and organizes documents within an organization. The features incorporate document and content capture, workflow, document repositories, output systems, and information retrieval systems. Procurement Management System Our procurement system is designed to meet procurement requirements, with an exhaustive range from budgeting, tendering to payment of suppliers. The system has student accommodation management and our e-learning application Zambia University Study App (ZUSA). Student Loan Management System Our loan management system is a system that manages student loans from their inception to their completion. The system provides online advertising of loans, online application for loans, automatic shortlisting of qualifying candidates based on set parameters, awarding of loans to selected candidates, online payment of loans, student tracking, loan tracking, loan repayment and interest management.
