In his executive position with PwC, Tanin sets strategic direct in organisation Psychology, Thammasat human resource development. He has more than 20 years’ in strategic human resource management. In addition, he is extensively experienced University, in the areas of human resource development, talent management, organisation development, change management and strategic planning. During his term with GE capital, Tanin was intensely involved in the Six Sigma Deployment Inventory (SDI) initiative (process improvement methodology) including conducting training and implementing the project. As a Six Sigma trainer, he later became a certified Black belt. His main special and consulting are in the areas of HRD, organisation development, change management and strategic planning and development. Tanin has recently successful trained and consulted for a variety of well-established organisations namely K Bank Leadership development PLC, Bank of Thailand, Kiatnakin Bank, Government Saving Bank, DHL, Ministry of Finance (SEPO and EXCISE Department).
