Submission of Answer Sheet (PT 2): (Class I to VI) Parents / Students have to maintain the hard copy of the Answer Sheets (PT 2) and submit the same in the School Library on 16th December 2021 between 08.30 am to 01.30 pm. 2. Submission of Poetry Writing Activity: (Class VI) Parents / Students are also requested to submit the hard copy of the Written Material (Poetry Writing Activity) in the School Library on 16th December 2021 between 08.30 am to 01.30 pm. 3. Christmas Gift: ‘God loves a cheerful giver.’ We have a good tradition observed by the Students, with the goodwill of our Parents to give gifts as a token of love for the less fortunate Children. You can gift any of the items given below wrapped in Newspaper. Kindly submit the same in the School Library on 16th December 2021 between 08.30 am to 01.30 pm. The following are the suggested items i.e Tiffin box, Water bottle, Clay Moulding Kit, Geometrical Box, Colouring set, Stationery items, A4 size Long & Ruled 200/100 pages Books, Sports Kit, Towels, Bed Sheets, Detergent powder, Set of Soaps, Soap-Case, Toothpastes, Toothbrushes & Combs which could be gifted according to your preference. 4. Submission of Christmas Star (Competition): (Class I to X) Parents / Students are also requested to submit the Christmas Star in the School Library on 16th December 2021 between 08.30 am to 01.30 pm. 5. Re-admission Fees: Part of (1st Quarter Tuition Fees for the next Academic Year 2022-23) i.e Rs. 2,000/- is to be paid by the Parents who wish to continue their Child’s / Ward’s studies on or before 23rd December 2021. The Form of Renewal of Admission is on the School Handbook (Page No. 91) and the Advance Fee Receipt for the next Academic Year 2022-23 is available in the School Office. Kindly come and collect the same from 13th to 16th December 2021 and pay on or before 23rd December 2021. Those who do not pay the Re-admission Fee by the 23rd December 2021 are liable to lose the seat or liable to a surcharge of Rs. 5/- for each day of delayed payment. A screenshot / photograph of the Payment Details can be sent either on School email ID or School WhatsApp No. (eg. photograph of the Pupil’s Fee Copy stamped by the Bank / a Screenshot of NEFT / RTGS / IMPS payment made) would be appreciated. 6. Society of Pilar (Fr. Agnelo’s) Calendar 2022: (Optional) Kindly collect Society of Pilar (Fr. Agnelo’s) Calendar for the Year 2022 from the School Office on 16th December 2021 between 08.30 am to 01.30 pm. 7. Prospectus for New Admission: Prospectus for those seeking Admission to our school (New Student) will be issued from 10th January 2022 to 18th January 2022. 8. Those coming to school are kindly requested to follow the following instructions: a. Kindly maintain Social Distancing and wear a Mask. b. Requesting only one Parent to come to school. c.
