Admission Admission is to get into the school and your options to get into the school. ● You can earn Scholarships or offers for athletics or academics ● You must have a GPA of 3.8 ● You also must have an SAT score of 1190-1330 ● There is a $30 application fee ● Essay topics also vary every year
Tuition and Financial Aid At FSU there is only scholarships for financial aid. In state tuition is way cheaper than it is for out of state though. In state tuition is around $6,500 while out of state is around $21,600. In order to get a scholarship whether it be for academics or athletics, you must be a degree seeking student. $40,000 $30,000 $20,000 $10,00 $5,000 OUT OF STATE IN STATE
School Description About 57% of students are female and about 43% of students are male. There is also a 1:5 faculty to student ratio. Students are described at the college as very ambitious and always wanting to learn. The campus itself is ranked #50 in the nation and it is also 485 acres.
Student Life Student life is very fun at FSU. Being in Florida, there are many things to do. On campus there are multiple sports activities to attend, there is also intramurals and other things such as parties. FSU is sometimes also known for its fraternities and sororities. One big tradition that students participate in is the Sod Cemetery. This is where when FSU beats a team in a bowl game they bury them and sing their fight song.
Conclusion FSU is an all around great school and I would love to attend there. It has a very good video production department which is what I would like to major in. It also is in Florida which is one of my favorite states. I would be very happy if I could make it into FSU.
