Dionna is responsible for overall strategy, product development, and developing key strategic corporate partnerships that drive revenue growth. Formerly, Dionna was Head of Global Talent Acquisition for a Fortune 300 company and has 15 years of corporate technical recruitment and college recruiting leadership experience. She is a self-taught web developer and an advocate for diversity in programming (coding). She is a frequent speaker on Tech Inclusion and Millennials. Dionna attended Howard University and is a graduate of Tulane University.about us Dionna Keels, GPHR Founder/ Chief Executive Officer Misti is responsible for the brand management of the stemmed.™ platform and overall corporate marketing communications. She is a former global brand director and marketing communications executive. She possesses over 15 years of both corporate and agency experience and has successfully launched several consumer brands. Misti is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento and received her MBA from Clark Atlanta University. Misti M. Moore Co-Founder/VP, Marketing & Client Engagement Dr. Keels is responsible for all university partnerships and oversees the delivery of services to each of these partners. She is a former Dean of Academics and Student Services for the University of Fairfax. Dr. Keels also served at the UNCF Special Programs Corporation as the Deputy Director for the Institute of International Public Policy. She is an award-winning writer and professor.
