What can I expect from Aim? 1/6

Hello, thanks for inviting Aim into your project.Before we start, it maybe prudent to clarify just who we are, whatwe do and what you can expect from our relationship.Lets start at the top.What we are not.Although part of the Bicyu team, Aim is NOT a marketing company,we have separate brands for that:Bic Digital and WeChat OperationAim is an INFO MEDIA site, its purpose is to Inform and Inspire.By that we mean:we provide you with information about China by way of links to news,articles or people we hope will be helpful in providing backgroundto the current China social, tech, business and marketing landscape. 2/6

A lot of this you can find from the Aim2D website, in other cases weMAY be able to provide you with links to further resources, be theyonline or human. On occasion we may also provide input based on ourown experiences here since 2001.So by and large it is a tool to help you find and learn about marketingand business in China yourself because we know, people learn bestwhen they have to invest some of their own time and energy.So, it is not a marketing plan?Nope, it isn’t.If, after building a solid understanding of China you decide you want togo ahead and wish to talk to us about marketing, then we are veryhappy to listen.Bic Digital will provide you with a basic, free proposal- usually a 5 to 7slide PPT. 3/6

So, no marketing plan then?From Aim2d- NO.But again, if you are happy with our proposal or require a detailedmarketing plan, no problem. Bic Digital’s fee for this varies fromproject to project, beginning from RMB15,000.If you confirm and we sign a 12 month agreement to go forwardtogether, we will offset 80% of that fee towards your first initialmonthly payment.Only 80%?Yeah, well, a decent plan always requires some part to beoutsourced to specialists, we are unable to absorb their fee.Oh, BTW, it’s worth noting, all our fees are quoted in Chinesecurrency- RMB, not $US, unlike some others here~ 4/6
