لجـان 50 بتطبيق قرار محافظ روتارى مصر م .ياسر نشأت بعدم إتاحة هذه البطاقات للأندية الروتارية إلا بعد قيام النادى بسداد جميع الالتزامات المالية بصورة كاملة ،وفقاً لتعليمات ولوائح الروتارى. وتقوم اللجنة حالياً بمزيد من البحث والتقصى لعقد عدد من الاتفاقيات مع بعض المؤسسات الرائدة فى كل المجالات ،وسيتم نشر أسمائها تباعاً لإعلام الروتاريين بها، ليمكنهم الاستفادة من المزايا التى ُتق ّدمها هذه المؤسسات قبل نهاية العام الروتارى. وقد كان من دواعى سرور اللجنة ،ويعد وساماً على صدرها ذلك الشكر الذى تقدم به محافظ روتارى مصر م .ياسر نشأت لأعضاء
نــدوة 53 جهود الدولة لحماية الشواطئ وإنشاء الحواجز الرملية وحماية حائط لا تفاؤل ولا تشائم فى معدل التغيير .%25 من خلال رصد وصيانة السواحل المقامة، محمد على والاهتمام بالكثبان الرملية. وتناولت الندوة تأثير معدلات الكوارث وتغذية الشواطئ المع ّرضة للنحر والتآكل الطبيعية على قارة أفريقيا وتأ ّثر الدلتا بالرمال ،وتدعيم المشروع التجريبى ول ّخص «موافى» أزمة المناخ بارتفاع منسوب البحر ،إضافة إلى المخاطر بمنطقة مسطورة فى كفر الشيخ ،وإنشاء وجهود الدولة فى ما يلى: التى ُته ّدد نهر النيل وجهود الدولة لحماية أعمال حماية البحيرات الشمالية ،وإنشاء ملامح التغير المناخى فى مصر كالتالى: الشواطئ الشمالية فى مصر والمشروعات أعمال الحماية المطلوبة من حواجز أمواج سقوط الأمطار فى غير مواعيدها ،حدة العواصف المطرية ،هبوب رياح ساخنة فى التى تتم لحماية الشواطئ. وحوائط حماية. فصلى الخريف والشتاء ،زيادة ظاهرة الجفاف وجرى عرض جهود الدولة المبذولة والتص ّحر ،ارتفاع مستوى مياه البحر ،ارتفاع لحماية شواطئ كفر الشيخ وتكاليف أهم التوصيات درجات الحرارة لفترات طويلة فى الصيف. حماية الشواطئ ،حيث يجرى الآن عمل اتباع القواعد العالمية التى صدرت مشروعات عن طريق إنشاء سلسلة من لتقليل الانبعاثات الضارة من خلال ترشيد تأثير التغيرات المناخية الحواجز الغاطسة واللسان الغربى من استهلاك الطاقة ،والتو ُّسع فى استخدام على الموارد المائية والشواطئ أبوقير إلى قلعة قايتباى ،ومن بير مسعود مصادر طاقة نظيفة ،مثل الطاقة التغير فى كميات المياه الواردة فى مصر إلى المحروسة .واستعرض «موافى» ،أهم من أعالى النيل بالإيجاب أو السلب ،وتأثير التوصيات التى من شأنها تقليل تأثير الشمسية وطاقة الرياح والطاقة المائية. التغيرات المناخية ،ومنها زيادة الرقعة الكوارث الطبيعية على أفريقيا. الخضراء والاهتمام بالطاقة الشمسية ولحماية الشواطئى المصرية يجب اتباع التالى: دراسة إقامة أعمال حماية شاملة لكل القرى السياحية ،وتطهير الرمال وخفض منسوب القاع أمام خط الشاطئ والاستفادة من رمال قاع البحر المغمورة أسفل مياه البحر المتوسط وإعادة ضخها على الشواطئ المصرية ،وإعادة تقييم خطط تنمية مناطق الإسكندرية، وبورسعيد ودمياط ،خاصة مناطق الموانئ وكذلك القرى السياحية ،ورفع منسوب جسور بحيرات إدكو ومريوط والبرلس ليكون أعلى من منسوب المياه بالبحيرات، ومراقبة وتدعيم حائط محمد على بمنطقة أبوقير بصفة مستمرة ،والحفاظ والاهتمام بالكثبان الرملية الشائطية فى منطقة وسط الدلتا وتثبيتها باستخدام الأشجار أو الأعشاب.
نــدوة 52 «شمملغتازجهىو»دي«رووِّتضارحى»تأفثىيقرضا«ايالاتلبيغئيةرات المناخية» على مصر وجهودالدولة لحماية الشواطئ فى ندوة النادى السورى الرئاسى -اهتم المحافظ بعمل تنميه فيها، بدأت الجلسة بترحيب معالى الوزيرة أقيمت ندوة عن التغير المناخى، وتم بناء مدرسة ودعم المرأة ،وعمل نادية عبده ،بمعالى الوزير د .حسام حملت اسم «التغيرات المناخية تطوير مهنى ،ومشروعات سجاد يدوى، مغازى ،وبالسادة الحضور .وافتتحت وحماية مدينة الإسكندرية» ،فى وزراعة أشجار حول المدرسة ،ونجيلة، الجلسة د .نجوى عصام ،رئيس لجنة نادى روتارى إسكندرية -النادى وملعب خماسى ،ومصابيح تعمل بالطاقة البيئة ،حيث أوضحت أن اللجنة مهتمة السورى ،تح ّدث فيها الدكتور الشمسية ،كما تم إهداء محافظة الأقصر منذ 3سنوات بقضايا البيئة ،وبدأ العمل حسام مغازى ،حيث استعرض بخطة عمل ُتر ّسخ فكرة أنهم مؤسسة ملامح ظاهرة التغير المناخى فى حاويات نفايات. دولية لها بصمة كبيرة على المجتمع المدنى، مصر وسقوط الأمطار فى غير وعرض «مغازى» أسباب الاهتمام وكان للجنة دور فى الاستزراع مع طلبة موعدها ،وهبوب رياح ساخنة فى بالظاهرة ،حيث قال إن مصر بلد زراعى المدرسة ،حيث اهتمت بتعليمهم أهمية الخريف والشتاء ،ونزول الثلوج يعتمد بشكل أساسى على نهر النيل الاستزراع فى تقليل التلوث وإبراز المظهر فى جميع المجالات والأنشطة الزراعية، غير المعتادة. إضافة إلى طول مساحة الشواطئ المصرية الجمالى. واحتمال غرق الأراضى على سواحل الدلتا، وبالنسبة لقرية بهيج ،فقد ساعدتهم كما أن التغيرات المناخية قد تؤثر على اللجنة فى أن يقوموا بالاستزراع ،خاصة الموارد المائية ،حيث تتع ّرض كميات المياه زراعة محصول الزيتون وعصره وبيع الزيت. الواردة للتغيير ،وتتباين النظريات ما بين وفى قرية الأحرار -ضمن المشروع
حــوار 55 الرقمى ابتكار تقنيات ،مثل :القيادة الذكية هل تزيد التكنولوجيا المستوى الاقتصادى كيف أثر التطور التكنولوجى على نمط واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعى فى العناية للفرد؟ الحياة؟ الصحية ،والتعلم عن ُبعد ،والتجارة الإلكترونية والكثير من الحلول الرقمية التى تشير تقارير بعض المجموعات ،مثل التطور التكنولوجى المتسارع ،والتقنيات رفعت جودة الحياة ،وم ّكنت الإنسان من مجموعة ماكينزى ،إلى أن 800مليون شخص الجديدة من وسائل تواصل ،وصولاً إلى الوصول إلى آفاق جديدة وفرص نمو كبيرة. قد يفقدون وظائفهم بسبب التشغيل الآلى الذكاء الاصطناعى والميتافيرس ،جعلنا بلا ففى قطاع الصحة ،على سبيل المثال، (حلول الآلة محل الإنسان فى سوق العمل) شك نعيش فى عالم لم نكن نعرفه قبل تساعد التكنولوجيات الرائدة التى يدعمها بحلول عام ،2030وأن النسبة الغالبة من ٢٠عاماً ،فتسارع وتيرة وصول التقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعى فى إنقاذ الأرواح جميع الموظفين يشعرون بالقلق من ألا الحديثة عمل على تغيير طريقة ونمط وتشخيص الأمراض وإطالة العمر المتوقع. يكون لديهم التدريب الضرورى أو المهارات وفى مجال التعليم ،ي ّسرت بيئات التعلم اللازمة للحصول على عمل جيد الأجر ،فإذا الحياة. الافتراضى والتعلم عن ُبعد إمكانية الالتحاق كنت تشعر بالدوار من هذا التسارع ،تم ّسك اليوم أصبحنا جميعاً نمتلك ملفات بالبرامج لطلاب كانوا سيتع ّرضون بدونها شخصية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعى، جيداً ،لأن السرعة ستزيد أكثر. بل أصبح كبار السن يختارون الأجهزة للاستبعاد. اللوحية بدل ًا من ورق الصحف ،ويف ّضلون وكذلك أخذت الخدمات العامة ،بفضل هل من حلول يق ّدمها العالم الرقمى بين برامج الدردشة على خطوط الهاتف ،أصبحنا المساعدة التى ُيق ّدمها الذكاء الاصطناعى، الفرص والمخاطر؟ نقضى المزيد والمزيد من الوقت فى الاتصال تزداد سهولة فى الحصول عليها ،وتزداد خضوعاً للمساءلة من خلال النظم التى من أهم الفرص التى ُيق ّدمها لنا العالم والتحديق فى الشاشة أكثر من النوم. تعمل بتقنية سلاسل السجلات المغلقة، كما أخذت تبتعد عن الطابع البيروقراطى ــــية :التحول الرقمى إحدى المرهق .ويمكن للبيانات الضخمة أن «الجمهورية الجديدة» تدعم أيضاً سياسات وبرامج أكثر تلبي ًة للاحتياجات وأكثر دقة. بالنسبة للسلبيات المرتبطة بالتطور ،كيف تنشأ وكيف ُنحولها إلى إيجابيات؟ أصبحت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعى شيئاً

حــوار 56 أساسياً فى حياة البشر اليومية ،فهى تربط بين قرابة نصف سكان العالم بالكامل، حيث تعتبر منفذاً يستطيع من خلاله الناس التح ُّدث والتعبير عن آرائهم ومشاركة الأفكار ونشر الثقافات ومتابعة كل ما يحدث فى العالم ،كما أنه يتم استخدامها فى مجال الأعمال والتسويق الإلكترونى والتجارة وتحقيق الأرباح. غير أنها يمكن أيضاً أن ُتع ّزز أشكال التح ُّيز وتزرع ال ُفرقة ،بإتاحة منبر لخطاب الكراهية والمعلومات الخاطئة ،أو عن طريق تضخيم أصدائه ،طبقاً لتقرير نشرته الأمم المتحدة عن تأثير التكنولوجيات الرقمية. كما توفر مستوى غير مسبوق من المعلومات من خلال جهاز كمبيوتر أو هاتف محمول متصل بالإنترنت جعل العالم أكثر ُعرضة للآثار السلبية المحتملة عبر شبكة إنترنت ليس له حدود ،وتشمل الأنشطة الضارة المضايقات وسرقة الهوية وإمكانية مشاهدة الأطفال لمحتوى غير مناسب .تقوم الكيانات الإجرامية أيضاً بإساءة معاملة الأطفال عبر الإنترنت من خلال محاولة تجنيدهم لأغراض جنسية ،بينما يتم استخدام الإنترنت لتوزيع صور الاعتداء على الأطفال. التى يوفرها العالم الرقمى ،فلم تعد الطرق التحول و ّضح لنا كيف يسهم التطور الرقمى فى القديمة كافية لأن التحول الشامل أصبح الرقمى تحقيق فكر الجمهورية الجديدة بمصر؟ إحدى أهم التحول الرقمى إحدى أهم الركائز ضرورياً. الركائز الأساسية التى ترتكز عليها الدولة المصرية فى حين أن بعض الأعمال ستبقى على قيد الأساسية لتحقيق فكر «الجمهورية الجديدة» ،حيث الحياة فى الوقت الحالى من خلال تثبيت التى ترتكز تسعى القيادة السياسية إلى بناء مصر ميزات جديدة فى البنية التحتية القديمة، عليها الرقمية ،والوصول إلى مجتمع مصرى لكن الأفراد الأكثر جرأة س ُيسيطرون على الدولة يتعامل رقمياً فى جميع مناحى الحياة المستقبل من خلال إعادة بناء جوهرهم وتعزيز تنمية البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا الرقمى ،حيث إنهم يدركون أن الميزة ويمكن أن تلعب «محو الأمية الرقمية» المعلومات والاتصالات وتحسين الخدمات المستقبلية ستأتى من خلق قيم جديدة من دوراً قوياً فى مساعدة الناس على التواصل الرقمية فى الجهات الحكومية ،وذلك التقنيات الرقمية ونماذج الأعمال المم ّكنة والتعلم والمشاركة وخلق مستقبل واعد .إن لتحسين أداء الوزارات والهيئات الحكومية رقمياً ،وليس من محاولة حماية القيمة مجرد قراءة المقالات عبر الإنترنت لا يتط ّرق الأخرى ،ورفع جودة الخدمات وكفاءتها إلى محو الأمية الرقمية ،لذلك من المهم من خلال تحسين بيئة العمل ،وتوفير الحالية فى نماذج الأعمال الحالية. أن يفهم الجميع تنوع المحتوى والإمكانيات الدعم لصناع القرار من خلال التعاون مع التى يمكن الوصول إليها عبر الإنترنت .يمكن شركاء التحول الرقمى لتسريع وتمكين أن تساعد دورة محو الأمية الرقمية هؤلاء التحول الرقمى وتحقيق الكثير من الإنجازات الأفراد على اكتساب المهارات الرقمية اللازمة الوطنية الرقمية من خلال منظور وطنى للانخراط فى الاقتصاد الرقمى وتحسين رقمى يعكس فكر «الجمهورية الجديدة». ُسبل العيش. ما أضرار الأمية الرقمية؟ وما فوائد محوها؟ فى نهاية المطاف يجب أن يتحول الجميع ُتعرف جمعية المكتبات الأمريكية ()ALA إلى المستقبل إذا كان لا بد من اغتنام الفرص «محو الأمية الرقمية» بأنه «القدرة على استخدام تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات للعثور على المعلومات وتقييمها وإنشائها وتوصيلها ،مما يتطلب مهارات معرفية وتقنية».
أخبار الأندية تج ّنب الإصابة بأمراض القلب تفيد الإحصاءات أن حالة واحدة من كل ثلاث حالات وفاة تنتج عن أمراض القلب والسكتة الدماغية ،وهو الرقم الذى يراه الكثيرون صادماً بالفعل .الأهم من هذا هو أن معظم أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية يمكن تج ّنبها من خلال اتباع نظام غذائى صحى وممارسة الرياضة وتج ّنب التدخين ،ويشير التقرير إلى أن أسهل مراحل رحلة تج ّنب تلك الأمراض هى المواظبة على تناول إفطار صحى ،وهو ما يرتبط بانخفاض الإصابة بأمراض القلب. 59 مقاومة الرغبة فى التهام وجبات غير صحية تحسين الذاكرة قوة الطاقة تخطى وجبة الإفطار يجعلك تحس بالجوع لتشغيل أجهزة القاتل ،والنتيجة الحتمية أن يكون الغذاء عالى تناول وجبة الإفطار يمكن أن السعرات أكثر جاذبية ،حيث يتو ّجه الدماغ إلى يلعب دوراً أكثر أهمية مما يظن الجسم بنجاح التفكير فى أن الأطعمة ذات السعرات الحرارية البعض ،خاصة فى ما يتعلق العالية وحدها قادرة على تعويض الجوع ،الذى بالاستذكار والتفوق ،فالطعام الغذاء بحسب التقرير هو وقود الجسم، يصاحب عدم تناول الإفطار ،وبالتالى الالتزام بعد ساعات من الصوم خلال وهو الذى يمد الإنسان بالطاقة اللازمة بالجلوس على مائدة الإفطار ولو لدقائق النوم يمد المخ بالطاقة .وتشير للحرق ويحافظ على الجسم حيوياً ونشيطاً، معدودة صباح كل يوم لتناول وجبة صحية نحو 22دراسة أجريت على تأثير ومن هنا تتبادر إلى الأذهان معلومة مهمة، أفضل بكثير للمحافظة على الوزن المثالى بشكل الإفطار على الوظائف المعرفية إلى كيف أن الله عز وجل وضع فى الجسم أن الإفطار ُيح ّسن الذاكرة ويدعم البشرى ما ُيم ّكنه من التغ ّلب على الكثير عام ولمحيط الخصر بشكل خاص. من المشكلات الغذائية التى تواجهه ،ففى وظائف المخ المختلفة. حالة نقص الدهون مثل ًا الجسم بإمكانه يمدالجسم بما يحتاجه كما أن النشاط البدنى بإمكانه أن يحول كلاً من الكربوهيدرات والبروتين من عناصر غذائية تحفيز العقل ،فقد وجد والأحماض الأمينية إلى دهون على المدى الباحثون فى جامعة ستانفورد الطويل ،فى حين نجده على المدى المتوسط إذا كنت تحاول الحصول على بالولايات المتحدة أن فقدان بإمكانه أن يحول الأحماض الأمينية المختلفة المعادن والبروتينات والأحماض الذاكرة انخفض بنسبة ٪50 - 30 إلى جلوكوز ،كما بإمكانه أيضاً أن يحول الدهنية والأحماض الأمنية بممارسة التمارين العقلية، الدهون (الجليسرول) إلى جلوكوز على المدى والفيتامينات ،التى تحتاجها مثل الكلمات المتقاطعة ولعب القصير ،ومن هنا نستنتج أن الوجبة غير أجسامنا من وجبتين فقط ،فأنت الشطرنج وقراءة الصحف أو المتزنة التى تكون ناقصة جداً أو عالية جداً على خطأ ،فالحقيقة أن تناول الكتب،وتعلماللغةواتخاذطرق الإفطار المتوازن يمد الجسم بمعظم بديلة عند القيادة ،إضافة إلى من الطاقة تسبب أضراراً للجسم. المواد الغذائية التى يحتاجها على اتباع نظام غذائى صحى متوازن ومن هنا ،نجد أنه كلما كانت الطاقة مدار اليوم .فقد أظهرت الدراسة غنى بالمواد المغ ّذية للدماغ ،مثل المأخوذة من الأطعمة قليلة جداً ،لجأ السابقة أن تناول الإفطار ُيع ّزز «أوميجا »3وفيتامين (،)B الجسم إلى تكسير بعض الأنسجة لمواجهة الجهاز المناعى ،كما أشير إلى أن إضافة إلى مضادات الأكسدة احتياجاته من الطاقة ،فى حين لو كانت من لا يتناولون الإفطار أكثر قابلية التى يمكن أن تساعد على الحفاظ نسبة الطاقة المأخوذة عالية نسبياً كتناول للتعرض لعدوى ،حيث إن خلايا كمية زائدة من الدهون الغذائية ،فى هذه الدم البيضاء التى تحارب العدوى ذاكرة فى حالة جيدة. الحال يلجأ الجسم إلى تخزينها على هيئة تحتاج إلى دفعة فى الصباح. دهون تحت الجلد. نستنتج إذاً أن الجسم يقوم بتحويل أى كمية طاقة زائدة إلى دهون ُيخ ّزنها تحت الجلد ،وهذه الدهون المتراكمة تظهر فى صورة وزن زائد ،وعند نقص الطاقة فى الغذاء يلجأ الجسم إلى تكسير هذه الدهون لإنتاج الطاقة اللازمة.
58 أخبار الأندية شريكان لاينفصلان بوصفات بسيطة الحدمن مخاطر مرض الكثيرون والكثيرات يعانون من مشكلة فقدان الوزن ،لكن السكرى من النوع الثانى الأهم فى كل هذا ،هل هناك بالفعل طريقة سحرية قد يلجأ إليها الأشخاص من مختلف الأعمار لإنقاص وزنهم .الآراء هذا النوع الذى يعانى منه الملايين حول العالم تختلف ،لكن الحل المثالى دائماً ما يك ُمن فى البداية البسيطة، السبب الرئيسى فيه هو زيادة الوزن وقلة الحركة، وهى التجربة ..ووجبة الإفطار لبداية يوم صحى هى أحد المفاتيح وأفادت دراسات نقلها التقرير بأن عدم تناول وجبة التى من المفترض أن يلتزم بها الجميع ،رغم أن هناك من لا الإفطار بانتظام يرتبط بالإصابة بهذا النوع من مرض يقتنع بفكرة تناول الأطعمة صباحاً ،لكن حسب ما جاءت به السكرى .وأسباب الإصابة بالنوع الثانى من السكرى دراسة حديثة ُنشرت فى الدورية الأمريكية لعلم الأوبئة ،فإن تعود إلى عدة عوامل ،منها مقاومة الجسم لهرمون الإفطار لا يعطى الجسم الطاقة اللازمة لبدء اليوم بحيوية الأنسولين الذى ُيفرزه البنكرياس ،هذا من جهة ،وعدم إفراز البنكرياس تراكيز كافية من هرمون الأنسولين فحسب ،ولكنه يساعد أيضاً فى إنقاص الوزن. لضبط مستوى الجلوكوز من جهة أخرى ،لأن زيادة إفراز هرمون «الجلوكاجون» الذى ُيفرزه البنكرياس بداية فقدان والمسئول عن رفع مستوى «الجلوكوز» فى الدم هو الوزن بالإفطار الذى وراء إصابة الشخص بالسمنة ،بالإضافة وفقاً لدراسة أُجريت إلى قلة النشاط فى جامعة ميزورى الفيزيائى الأمريكية ،فإن أولئك والمتمثل الذين ُيف ّوتون وجبة فى بعض الإفطار النشاطات الرياضية ولا يحبون تناولها أكثر المختلفة. عرضة لزيادة الوزن ،بل أكثر عرضة أيضاً للبدانة ،كما أضافت أن تفويت الإفطار حتى بالنسبة للأشخاص الذين يتبعون نظام حمية ،والتى تعتمد على تقليل السعرات الحرارية يؤثر بشكل سلبى على نظامهم ،مشيرة إلى أن الإفطار الذى يحتوى على كمية متوازنة من البروتين ُيق ّلل الإحساس بالجوع على مدار اليوم كله ،كما ُيق ّلل الرغبة فى تناول السكريات التى ُتش ّكل حافزاً قوياً للإحساس بالجوع ،وبالتالى اللجوء إلى التهام أى شىء يسد رمق الجوع ،وتكون فى الغالب الوجبات السريعة هى الحل.
