MEE T MY FA MI LY Hello Bride-to-be and Welcome! This is such an exciting time for you! I’m Jen and I’d like you to also meet my husband, Matt, which you will see assisting me quite often on Wedding Days! Together we make up Jen Peterson Photography. We’re super excited that you found us. We believe that getting to know our clients is the best way to ensure an awesome experience for everyone! So with that being said, I’d love to tell you just a little bit about us: • Matt and I were married in 2017! • Together we have a beautifully blended family with Four Kiddos! • We were married August 5th; the funny thing about that date is my parents wedding anniversary is June 5th and my sister’s wedding anniversary is September 5th, so we have a lot of 5th in our family!!! • Our kiddos are; Emily, Amanda, Megan & Jared • We live in Anderson, California but we’d love to travel! • Jen started photographing in 2010. • We have set a goal of shooting 5-10 Weddings per year! • We both absolutely LOVE drinking coffee together! And eating beef jerky... • Matt, during the week, works as a granite fabricator for Ceramic Designs by Ron Green, Inc. • Jen also works during the week at Walker Printing, doing a lot of design, customer service and marketing! • We love spending time with our family and attending church activities. We also love creating beautiful images, but more importantly, we love to serve our couples and their families on one of the biggest days of their lives!! It’s an honor to be a part of something so special as marriage! WTeHdE ding EXPERIENCE M Y P H I L O S O P H Y | I’m sure your mind is racing with all the things that need to be planned. It’s all super exciting, but it can also be very overwhelming and stressful. You’re planning the day that you’ve been anticipating your whole life for and yet you only get one shot at it! By the time you start feeling like you’ve got this, the planning is over! Our goal as wedding photographers is to make this one aspect of the wedding planning process as simple and as stressless as possible. Photography is definitely more than just images and not only do you deserve beautiful images, but you also deserve an amazing photographic experience. When our couples feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera, it results in genuine, joyful images! Your wedding day is an experience from the beginning to the end and your photography is a huge part of that experience...shouldn’t it be fun? and enjoyable? and feel natural? I sure think so!! My goal is to not only capture memories for my clients, but also to create an experience that they will never forget.

T H E P RO C E S S | One way I ensure that our brides and grooms enjoy the BEST photographic experience possible is through forming a relationship with our couples. We try our very best to make sure that all of our couples are the PERFECT fit for us before officially booking. A bride and groom should connect with their photographer, trust their photographer and be EXCITED about the entire process! After booking, I love getting to know my clients through an ENGAGEMENT SESSION that helps them warm up to the camera so that they are ready to roll on their wedding day! By the time the big day arrives, my clients feel more like friends and that creates a safe and relaxed environment for photography. W H Y I N V E S T ? | Your first decision as an engaged couple is to set priorities for your wedding planning. You have to decide what you value the most. Is it the dress? The food? The Venue? As a bride AND photographer, I believe that couples should make their photography a top priority! (I speak from experience in the past at NOT hiring a professional photographer, trust me, you will regret it as I did!) After the big day is over, you will leave your reception with a spouse & your pictures... that’s it! All of that planning and preparation is over in a matter of hours! So if you’re choosing to invest in high quality photography, those images deserve a classy, elegant home after the wedding that you can reflect on for years to come! I offer high end, handcrafted, Legacy Albums for my wedding clients. The images are printed straight onto the pages and the covers are wrapped with top grain leather or fine linen, your choice! This is the perfect ending to The Wedding Experience and it’s a keepsake that you will cherish and share with your children!

Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS ENGAGEMENTS: We are more than willing to travel for engagement sessions! We actually love it when our couples ask us to photograph them in a location that means something special to them! We book engagement sessions at least a month in advance and 60 miles of travel are included. DIGITAL FILES: We promise a minimum of 30-50 images per hour that we’re shooting. We love delivering our client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you’d like. We believe in freely sharing our work because that is what we would want if we were in your shoes! COVERAGE: It’s often asked if 8 hours is enough time to capture the full wedding story and the answer is yes! Our main goal right now is to secure and save your date. You can always add additional coverage as we get closer to the big day and we have a good idea of your timeline.

OUR We love being both interactive and discreet throughout the SHOOTING wedding day. There will be parts of the day when I will need STYLE: to be in control of things in order to accomplish everything BOOKING: that needs to be done while staying on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that we’re there! (The ceremony, during dances and toast, etc.) We teach our couples how to pose, model and interact during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from us! Once I have answered any questions you may have and you have decided that our Wedding Experience is exactly what you’re looking for on your wedding day, the next step is a booking proposal. I will create an online proposal that will walk you through the package and when you’re ready you can save your date by signing the contract and paying your deposit online.
