การกอ่ สรา้ งงานและความปลอดภยั • การขออนมุ ตั กิ ารติดตง้ั (การห้อยแขวน) ผูแ้ สดงสนิ ค้ำ/ผูจ้ ดั งำน ต้องย่ืนแบบแปลนสง่ ใหไ้ บเทคเพ่อื ตรวจสอบและอนมุ ัตกิ ำรตดิ ตง้ั ลว่ งหน้ำ อย่ำงน้อย 7 - 14 วัน ก่อนวัน ตดิ ตั้งงำน กรณีท่ีเส่ียงต่อควำมปลอดภัยของบุคคลและทรัพย์สิน ผู้แสดงสินค้ำ/ผู้จัดงำน ต้องย่ืนแบบแปลนพร้อมวิศวกรเซ็นต์รับรอง (วิศวกรระดับสำมญั ขึ้นไป) ส่งใหไ้ บเทคเพอื่ ตรวจสอบและอนุมัตกิ ำรติดต้ังล่วงหน้ำ อยำ่ งนอ้ ย 7 - 14 วนั ก่อนวันตดิ ตัง้ งำน ผู้แสดงสินค้ำ/ผู้จดั งำน ตอ้ งยืน่ แบบแปลนทแี่ กไ้ ขแลว้ รวมถงึ แจ้งขอ้ มูลเพ่มิ เติม(กรณีไบเทคร้องขอ) เพ่ือให้ไบเทคตรวจสอบครั้ง สดุ ท้ำยและอนมุ ัตกิ ำรติดตงั้ ให้เสรจ็ เรียบรอ้ ยก่อนเขำ้ ตดิ ตง้ั งำน ส่ิงของท่ีนำมำแขวนโดยท่ีไม่ได้ยื่นแบบ และไม่ได้รับอนุญำตเป็นลำยลักษณ์อักษร ทำงผู้รับเหมำ/ผู้แสดงสินค้ำ/ผู้จัดงำนจะต้อง ดำเนินกำรรอ้ื ออกในทนั ที เนอ่ื งจำกไบเทคตอ้ งคำนึงถงึ ควำมปลอดภยั ต่อสำธำรณชนเปน็ หลกั หมายเหตุ : ทางไบเทคได้จัดเตรียมจุดแขวนไว้เพื่อรองรับน้าหนักต่างๆ ในแต่ละพื้นที่แตกต่างกัน และด้วยโครงสร้างหลังคาเป็น โครงสรา้ งแขวนและคานหลังคาท่ีออกแบบสาหรับรับน้าหนักเบา ด้วยเหตุน้ี ทางไบเทคขอสงวนสิทธิ์ท่ีจะเรียกที่ปรึกษาจากภายนอกมา พสิ ูจนน์ า้ หนกั เพ่อื ความปลอดภัย โดยผู้แสดงสนิ คา้ /ผจู้ ัดงานเป็นผูร้ ับผดิ ชอบค่าใชจ้ ่ายในการใชท้ ีป่ รึกษาดงั กล่าว จดุ แขวนของ EH 98-106 Main Beam รบั นา้ หนกั ได้ไมเ่ กนิ 200 kg./จดุ และตลอดเส้นจะรับน้าหนกั ได้ไมเ่ กนิ 2,000 kg. การกอ่ สร้างงานและความปลอดภยั ข้อมูลที่ผู้รับเหมำ/ผู้แสดงสินค้ำ/ผู้จัดงำน ต้องยื่นแบบแปลนแสดงรำยละเอียดในกำรแขวน ส่งไบเทคเพื่อประกอบกำรพิจำรณำขอ อนุมตั กิ ำรตดิ ตงั้ (กำรหอ้ ยแขวน) และแนวทำงกำรปฎิบัตงิ ำนเพือ่ ควำมปลอดภยั มีดงั นี้... • รอก แบบโครงสร้ำง กำหนดใหม้ ีกำรทดสอบข้นึ ลงของรอกในระดบั ควำมสูง ประเภทของรอก (รอกไฟฟำ้ /รอกมือ) ของโครงสร้ำงเหนอื พ้ืน 1.00 เมตร เพ่อื ตรวจสอบ คำนวนน้ำหนกั ในแต่ละจดุ (น้ำหนักรวมของสงิ่ ของท่ีจะ ควำมปลอดภัยของระบบรอก กอ่ นที่จะยกข้ึนสูงตำม แบบแปลน แขวน ครอบคลุมถงึ นำ้ หนกั ของรอก, ทรัส, โครงสรำ้ ง ระหว่ำงกำรข้นึ ลงของส่ิงห้อยแขวน จะต้องมีกำร เกำะติดทรสั ) ตรวจสอบพ้นื ทดี่ ้ำนลำ่ งให้เคลยี รโ์ ล่ง ปรำศจำกบคุ คล อุปกรณท์ ่ใี ช้ในกำรแขวน/ตดิ ตั้งรอก และทรพั ยส์ นิ ในระยะ 2.50 เมตรโดยรอบ เพ่อื ควำม ระยะเวลำทต่ี ้องใชใ้ นกำรตดิ ตง้ั /รื้อถอนท่ชี ดั เจน เพื่อนดั ปลอดภยั ตอ่ บคุ คลและทรัพยส์ ินกรณีเกิดอุบตั ิเหตุที่ไม่ คำดคดิ หมำยฝ่ำยที่เกี่ยวขอ้ งเข้ำรว่ มตรวจสอบ ผู้รบั เหมำจะต้องตรวจสอบคณุ ภำพ รวมถงึ สภำพควำม มำตรกำรด้ำนควำมปลอดภัยอ่นื ๆ พร้อมในกำรใชง้ ำนของรอกใหเ้ รียบรอ้ ยกอ่ นดำเนนิ กำร ตดิ ตัง้ This document is confidential. ไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างและไฟฟ้ากาลงั ไบเทคจะบริกำรระบบไฟฟ้ำให้แก่ทุกคูหำแสดงสินค้ำ โดยส่งมอบพำวเวอร์ปล๊ักท่ีจุดส่งมอบไฟฟ้ำ ผู้รับเหมำต้องส่งคืนพำวเวอร์ปลั๊ก ใหก้ ับไบเทคก่อนสิน้ สดุ ชว่ งเวลำใหบ้ ริกำร ผู้เข้ำแสดงงำน ต้องปิดระบบไฟฟ้ำท้ังหมดท่ีจ่ำยให้กับเคร่ืองจักร/อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้ำที่นำมำจัดแสดงนิทรรศกำร ภำยใต้ควำมรับผิดชอบ ของ ผู้จัดงำนอย่ำงน้อย 30 นำที หลังจำกปิดงำนแสดงนิทรรศกำรของแต่ละวันและอย่ำงน้อย 60 นำที หลังจำกส้ินสุดงำนแสดง นิทรรศกำรในวันสุดทำ้ ยของงำน สำหรับกระแสไฟฟ้ำ 24 ชั่วโมง ผู้รับเหมำระบบไฟฟ้ำท่ีได้รับกำรแต่งตั้งจำกผู้จัดงำนต้องทำสัญลักษณ์ท่ีสำยไฟอย่ำงชัดเจน โดย เจ้ำหน้ำท่ขี องไบเทคต้องสำมำรถเขำ้ ถงึ จุดบริกำรได้ตลอดเวลำในกรณเี กิดเหตุฉกุ เฉิน ในกรณที ผ่ี ู้แสดงงำนมกี ำรตดิ ตั้งหมอ้ แปลงเพื่อแปลงแรงดันไฟฟ้ำ ไบเทคอนญุ ำตใหใ้ ช้ไดเ้ ฉพำะกบั กำรใชง้ ำนท่มี เี ฟสสมดลุ เท่ำนั้นและ ต้องส่งใหไ้ บเทคพิจำรณำกอ่ นกำรนำเข้ำมำตดิ ตัง้ อยำ่ งน้อย 14 วนั This document is confidential.
