Where the heck is Lou??? Our Fleet Department visited Stoney Creek High School to give car maintenance tips to students. Here you see Lou showing students how to keep their cars in shape and then you see Lou at the Fire Department trying to win the Corn Hole Championship for the Fleet Department!! PRV 06 is on the SE corner of Old Perch and Walton. The PRV feeds Walton Boulevard easterly towards the hospital. The valve and PRV's are 50 years old. The gear in the actuator that turns the valve broke The PRV is between two valves. Without the actuator working we couldn't service the PRV. Mike and Brandon originally took it apart to take it back to the shop to be repaired. Mechanic Al welded the gear back to the shaft and Brandon, Steve and Wayne put it back together. In this picture you can see the repaired gear in the actuator, on the valve.
