MUSCLES The muscles in our body make up our muscular system. Muscle are thick, stretchy bands that cover our skeleton. They are attached to our bones and pull on them to make them move. •Muscles often work in pairs. One Contract and another one Relaxes Our Skeletal and Muscular systems must work together. Without either one of them, we are NOT ABLE MOVE
HOW MUSCLES WORK?

Movement keeps us healthy makes your heart and lungs work better makes your muscles and bones stornger lets you stretch your body easily helps to stop you from getting some illnesses helps you think better puts you in a good mood
