2022 IS COMING TO A CLOSE! We went through highs, we went through lows. We laughed and partied and worked not just as a team but as a family. As this year is coming to a close, we wanted to look back to an amazing year, thanks to all of you, Parker's, for creating great memories together! No better way to end the year than to looking back at our highlights and favorite moments of 2022! Cheers to an even better 2023!

Time is going by wayyyy too fast. My highlight was my 20 year anniversary lunch and the amazing spa basket, I received from Park. Also that lunch was the first time I had been into a restaurant since January 2020. I have to thank everyone who helped me with all my files during my surgery time away. Some were very time consuming…Thank you Linda Vu, I think you had maybe had a couple of these nasty ones! .Pam Randhawa, Head Office 20 years with Park Insurance I would just say I was scared first when I started this job that how it will go but now everyone is so friendly and helpful that I did not even know when and how I mixed up with all team here at Highgate so smoothly. My favourite thing will be that I like the environment where I work and I love that. My Park highlight of 2022 was having everyone read the same book -not easy to do- it was like a book club here at Park - everyone bouncing some of the key features of the book ie: getting off topic yell out rabbit My favourite thing about working at Park Insurance is being able to work at home and at the office. Pina Dorey, Head Office 3 years with Park Insurance There are many highlights for Park Insurance. I really enjoyed the trip to the race track! I think our PHIT – happiness is a great highlight of the Park culture. My favourite thing about working at Park Insurance is the relationships that we have with each other at Park and how friendly we are with each other. 2022 Where did this year go, it’s been a year of hope, seeing familiar faces, (the entire face), once again. We’ve been able to connect with our co- workers, colleagues, and most of all our clients. Teamwork is what always stands out with the operation of Park Insurance, without our Team we wouldn’t thrive. The values of each of our employees shows through on our success of our day to day operations. Cyndy Chernenko, Hastings 2. 7 years with Park Insurance My Park highlight of 2022 was the great chance to work here with Park team. My favourite thing about working at Park Insurance is teamwork, learning, open to new ideas and willing to grow company in business with new methods EOS. All concepts of Passion, Happiness, Innovation, Teamwork of park highlighted for me while working with Andy, Berny & Erica next to me. They were very kind & patient with me during the learning progress and answered my questions while I asked help from them. My Park highlight of 2022 was the Summer Party at the Hastings Race Track. My favourite thing about working at Park Insurance is the people - my co-workers are the best. L. eah Mailhot, Head Office 6 years with Park Insurance I have two Park highlights of 2022: The first one was the Annual Winter Party - Virtual Mystical Night. I learned how to do a card trick and also spent the party at home with one of my closest friends - Chynthia. Second was step challenge. My favourite thing about working at Park Insurance is the hybrid schedule and quarterly company activities such as Step and Squat challenge Kathryn Lumagod, Head Office 3 years with Park Insurance My Park highlight of 2022 was the summer party at the PNE, it was a fun time as we could finally be together in a social setting rather than virtual. My Park highlight of 2022 was Christmas in July - seeing the joy on the faces of our Parkers & clients was totally worth putting Sean in Santa suit the middle of summer. My favourite part of Park is the Parkers! Our people are what makes our culture so strong. Together we share the same core values of passion, happiness, innovation and team work. To be supported, accepted and part of the Park community is a beautiful blessing. Chelsea Fitzpatrick, Head Office My Park highlight of 2022 for me was 12 years with Park Insurance the townhall meeting truly launching the EOS. Seeing the enthusiasm in everyone's eyes , and hearing it in their voices. The anticipation of moving forward with a coordinated plan. It's exciting! My favourite thing is how everyone My highlight of 2022 was the embraces our values - especially summer party at Hastings teamwork. We all want to do the best racecourse. It was our first for our clients and our colleagues event in over 2 years with no Sean Walker, Head Office restrictions or concerns. The weather was great, everyone 7 years with Park Insurance looked amazing, cool prizes, the races were entertaining, drinks were flowing and everyone had so much fun. Very memorable event! My favorite part of working at Park is having the opportunity to plan all our company events and initiatives. What we learnt this year COMMUNICATIONS WORKSHOP January 2022 In January we learnt about “Upping our Communication Game in 2022”. A perfect conversation is balanced with ASK, TELL & LISTEN. We also learnt to forget structure and Improvise! 1. Accept all offers 2. Say “Yes” and 3. Make your partner look good. EFT TAPPING WORKSHOP June 2022 In June Park staff took part in the EFT Tapping session. This workshop taught us all some great tools to help relieve and alleviate IMPRESS stress and anxiety in our daily lives. Just like physical fitness, it is important to be working CUSTOMER SERVICE on our mental and emotional fitness WORKSHOP everyday. November 2022 In November, Parkers learnt that when we do it, how we do it and our connection with service will dictate how our customers perceive us. It is something we have to manage, especially in this digital age. Our customers must be more than satisfied, or they will move on to the next broker to provide it.
